Guests will enjoy the City Central location of this nicely updated home a short walk/drive to many great destinations. Just 2-3 blocks to the Chippewa River, Half Moon Lake and Beach. If you are here as a patient or visitor to Luther Hospital/Mayo Health, the location could not be better. There are many Pubs and Eateries a short distance from the house. The fenced yard and deck railing give an added sense of privacy and security. If you identify as "Tourist" or "Transient" beware the CITY!

In the Winter months enjoy ski in-ski out cross-country skiing or snowshoeing at the Silvermine Ski Center. Bring your well behaved dog to our dog friendly home.
