We travelled from Bangalore to visit some of the temples and to see they Theyyam festival. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was serene and peaceful, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the spacious driveway could park at least three cars or serve as a play area for kids. The dining area was spacious and comfortably seated six. The kitchen was the highlight, well-equipped for a traveling family, allowing us to cook baby food and make tea for aged parents. The bedrooms were well-furnished with fresh linens and efficient air conditioning. Nearby, there were medical stores, supermarkets, grocery stores, small hotels, and juice centers within walking distance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and recommend it for families or groups of 6 to 8 people.

A wonderful place to stay with friends and family. The hospitality was excellent, and everyone was very cooperative. Mr. Ramesh took great care of us and made sure all our needs were met. It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Nandakishore as well. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere truly felt like home

This accommodation was an absolute gem! Though compact, it is thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort, with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The highlight is undoubtedly the spacious and beautifully maintained garden, a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful, especially at night, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Binoy and Vishnu were exceptional hosts, always available, attentive, and eager to ensure a seamless experience. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time I visit Kerala. Highly recommended!

My family and I had the most peaceful and rejuvenating 3-4 days stay at Prasanna Kumari's riverside Homestay - Leela. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking - overlooking a serene river and bordered by mangrove forests. The ambiance of the place is tranquil, making it a perfect escape from the chaos of city life. The property itself is wonderfully maintained, surrounded by vibrant green foliage that adds to its charm and serenity. What made the stay even more special was the host. Aunty was incredibly kind, warm and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality was truly heartwarming and made us feel right at home throughout my stay. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature and unmatched hospitality, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough and love to return soon.

When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. Amazing host, beautiful & well maintained property, great play to stay with family!! Pros: 1. 5bhk villa, can easily accommodate a large family 2. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking 3. Large dining table, the entire family can dine together 4. Large courtyard, ample parking space 5. Badminton court was lot of fun 6. Two living rooms and balcony, good place for bonding and spending time with family/ friends 7. Kids loved the bathtub We would love to come back, highly recommend the property to fellow travelers !!

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks

Our stay at this Airbnb was just what we needed.The sunrise view every morning was delightful and we could see the moon's clear reflection at night too.The birds chirping in the morning and returning to their nests in the evening added a nice touch to the atmosphere.The accommodation was simple but clean and comfortable. Additionally, the morning walks through the rubber plantations were a calm experience too. We had a pleasant overall experience and would recommend it for a peaceful getaway. The house and amenities are basic like the host already mentioned. You will find basic utensils for cooking if you don’t mind, but better get items from nearest town, since there aren’t any options near by. Great place to disconnect - which met our sole purpose of our visit. We hope to return soon!
