Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Cozy cottage near the lake

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.

Close to Downtown Denver, Edgewater, Sloan's Lake, The Highlands, shopping, food,  restaurants, Red Rocks, Rocky Mountains.

Located in Edgewater, CO, Pat's Cottage is immaculate, private and relaxing. Just 3 blocks from Sloan's Lake. Many pubs and restaurants such as Joyride Brewing and Edgewater Public Market nearby. 10 min to Meow Wolf. Very safe and friendly neighborhood. Just 3 miles from downtown Denver, the city is quite accessible, as are the Rocky Mtns. Our cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Off-street, covered parking, WiFi, AC.
