Relax with your partner or family at this peaceful place. Is a small paradise near the edge of the forest/stream in the green, quiet neighborhood of single-family houses. The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

La conexión con el transporte público es muy buena, por lo que se puede llegar rápidamente a las ciudades de Zúrich, Zug y Lucerna. El apartamento está situado en un bonito barrio y el lago está a tiro de piedra. Allí se encuentran el Badi, una cancha de voleibol de playa y instalaciones de entrenamiento. Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. Coffee maker, dishes, refrigerator and microwave are available! NO stove or oven!

Beautiful, confortable and full furnished flat in a "Le Corbusier" Style House 20 minutes from Zürich and 15 minutes from Rapperswil. During the month of October, some cattle with bells around the house may disturb the guests.
