We had a wonderful Christmas week at Flagpole Cottage. The hosts' home was clean, welcoming and extremely well-equipped. We had everything necessary for preparing family feasts, having a wood fire, plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Robin and Francine even left a beautifully decorated real Christmas tree for us the enjoy (and put our presents under), a very thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and trampoline (we were lucky with the weather, cold but not rainy) as well as the local walks to pubs. We bought our Christmas turkey (ordered in advance) at the fabulous Flower Farm shop, which is nearby and is a great source for all things edible. Robin and Francine's guide to local amenities and activities is thorough and quite useful. Robin was very attentive and open to queries but everything was so clearly laid out we didn't really have any questions. One last thing - the gardens are exceptional - even in December! I was in awe - especially the topiary. The old yew trees! xx

We really enjoyed our time in London. The airbnb is located in a fine area, walkable and close to bus and tube stops. Any store or restaurant you may need is close by. The unit has 2 bedrooms and the bathroom is roomy and good. The kitchen allows you to prepare meals. There was a party next door and the neighbors were loud and obnoxious. But that's the nature of living close to each other. Thanks Reggie, your place worked out well for us.

Enjoyed our stay, with Windsor town centre a short walk away. Very clean and matched the description. Staff were super helpful with all the questions we had. Thank you!

wir fühlten uns von Val und Jorge immer super betreut und durften ihr Appartement für 3 Tage unser Zuhause nennen. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich und die Nähe zum Spitalfield Market, der Liverpool Station und ganz vielen authentischen asiatischen Restaurants und Pubs machte unseren Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Urlaub. Carol Anne and Kelly were great hosts, kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice, equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and buses, the neighborhood is great. We had a great time, thaks a lot.

Everything you've read is true: the accommodation is great, well located, spacious, the bedding is comfortable and all Debbie's advice is very helpful. We highly recommend it.

Absolute lovely place in a quiet area of London. The flat is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a short or long stay. Totally recommended, would love to come back!

We had a really good stay at Suzanne’s house. We were a party of 3 adults, 1 year old and a Labrador. Plenty of room with a lovely open plan space downstairs with very comfy seating in front of a great TV. The house was as described and in a lovely location just next to the river and across the road from Kew Green. The house is Suzanne’s home which was a bit strange as it does feel a bit intrusive, but it is clearly advertised as such and didn’t cause us any problems. Also lovely that it is dog friendly with loads of great dog walks near by. Thank you.

Roomy, art-filled flat on a quiet, family-friendly street in Kensal Green. Great kitchen with quality pots and pans, super well stocked for cooking. Comfy upstairs kids’ room and three bathrooms (upstairs, hall, and en suite) made for an easy, relaxed stay. Clean, with a good shower and thoughtful touches. Great coffee table books and fun art throughout. Easy walk to markets, a sweet local library, playgrounds nearby, and the Kensal Green tube (7 mins). About a 20-min walk to Queen’s Park and a quick bus to Portobello/Notting Hill. Quentin was warm and helpful, met us on arrival, stocked basics like eggs, bread, and cereal, and shared great local tips including where to walk, eat, and how to get to Heathrow. He reached out during our stay. Flexible with luggage drop-off, though we didn’t need it. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay in lovely peaceful surroundings, lovely walks into the village with a couple of pubs, Toby and Maddy were super helpful and friendly and made us feel at home, Coach House was presented very well and exactly as described, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

One of the best places I have ever stayed! We needed a place to stay and Naj settled everything within an hour. The area is funky and trendy,the house is modern with all the necessary amenities and Naj was a helpful host. Metro station and buses within walking distance,cafes,restaurants everywhere. Brick lane is 2’ minutes from the apartment.

Hannah was attentive to our last minute needs. Apartment is in a great location next to the park and walking distance of Kingston town Center.

My partner, our dog, and I stayed here over the weekend for a short city break from London, and we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Sophie is a fantastic host, friendly and accommodating! The house is set in a peaceful location, perfect for walks, and just a 30-minute stroll from the charming little town. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Amanda and Ben couldn't have been more helpful, and the cottage was a lovely place to stay whilst visiting elderly family. The dogs were the icing on the cake for us!

Although the entrance from the street is a bit old looking, once the apartment door is opened, one realizes what a wonderful spot it is. There were all the amenities I needed, the bed and couch were quite comfortable. It was a great walk to my office across the river. (and of course, Battersea park is very closeby). The host was very responsive to my questions. I hope the apartment is available the next time I am in London!

Great spot if you're using public transportation in London. There's a bus stop a short walk away. Friendly hosts, beautiful yard!

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Quaint little house in a quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful outdoor garden space. Everything provided, including some food items in the well supplied kitchen.

Emma was very welcoming as we arrived. She showed us around and gave us perfect advice on how to get into town. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We found a swing attached to the trees and had great fun. The bed was like a cloud and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend to family and would stay again.

Jodi’s home is a great place to stay. We were going to a wedding at Hackney Town Hall and could walk easily there and to the restaurant afterwards. It’s also beautifully located looking out at London Fields. The home was well provided for, we had everything we needed and so much more. We loved the decor, there was so much to see and read. Thank you Jodi, you were so helpful too and we loved your home.

We had a fabulous long stay in Susan’s house. The house was perfect, spacious and homely and in a great location near Clapham high st and Clapham common with lots of nice shops, parks and close to lots of public transport. Susan was very welcoming and responsive and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us during our stay.

Great base for exploring London Fields and East London. Perfectly secluded but with great connections to the rest of the city via Liverpool Street. Parking was simple with great advice from Ali, the host. The home had everything you could need—would happily stay again.
