Great apartment! Lots of space, giant terrace as roof top and nice but decent interior design :) Everything very clean and seemed to be quite new! Demetris offered lots of information and was right there with an answer in case of questions :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist originell eingerichtet, hat einen hohen Komfort und war sehr sauber. Man hat einen fantastischen rundum-Blick :-) Der KOntakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Ein defekter Rolladen und eine defekte Klospülung wurden innerhalb weniger Stunden und ohne Aufwand für uns repariert. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb des alten Stadtkerns, aber sehr zentral. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar!

The views from this villa are absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful mountain retreat with a big, clean pool then this is a perfect spot. Sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the porches and the property is surrounded by beauty. The gardens are also well kept and beautiful! We ate most meals on the front porch to enjoy the view. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds are large (which is usually hard to find) and the living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining area. Our host was very kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs! He takes good care of his property and is always available to help when needed. He sent us lots of good local recommendations. The house is also close to Turtle beach, and only 9 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this house as a perfect vacation spot for families!

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

Probably the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Super great with check in, unbelievably fast response time whenever I texted, and super helpful with getting taxis and good recommendations. Followed his lead and we had one of the coolest trips of my life. Not often do I feel compelled to write great reviews, but the location of this place, as well as the quality of the cleanliness, and how awesome the host is, made this trip worth every penny and more.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

Great modern apartment with all the necessary amenities and equipment you need for a long stay. Internet is very fast. The communication with the host, Toufic was easy and smooth, he helped us with any question we had, 100% recommend.
