We stayed here for 7 days and it was wonderful. The home has a beautiful garden and trees and is rich with wildlife. Each day we were visited by Cockatoos and Kookaburras and beautiful birds. The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the local IGA, and the riverside walk. An easy walk to shops and restaurants. Warburton is such a beautiful place and this home is the perfect location to get the most from the experience. Can’t wait to stay again.

Andrew and Annemarie's place was perfect for our girls getaway in Marysville. Their home was very clean and tidy and spacious enough for us all. Beautifully renovated home with clean lines and modern decor, comfy beds and pillows. It was quiet yet only a short walk to town, lots of private outdoor areas to sit and take in the views on the front verandah or sit by a fire out in the back courtyard. There is so much to do and so many walks ! We all loved our stay and we hope to get back to Marysville and stay here again. Thanks guys ❤️

We had a terrific weekend at Villa Costa Lotta. The wonderfully designed and thoughtfully appointed house sits on a large block with lots of spots to relax and unwind. Great communication, lots of thoughtful and useful touches. Couldn’t recommend more.

Andrew’s property was beyond expectations. It’s right up there amongst the best places I’ve stayed. I travelled with a friend. Specifically to do some decent hiking. Both bedrooms were perfect; collapsing into them … post spa bath. The house itself was not only immaculate but the location meant the cars were rarely required. Andrew explains the steep driveway well - although I found backing up was easy. Something to Consider if your car isn’t over loaded with “stuff”. Both of us felt so at ease we had to pry ourselves away. The restaurant Babajis kerala kitchen (5 min walk if that) was one of the best Indian food we have ever eaten. And that is a big statement.

We loved staying at Jonathan’s retreat. It had everything we needed; the kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of toys which our kids (4 & 6 yo) enjoyed. The whole house was very clean. Communication was also excellent plus there were instructions everywhere that made our life easier. We’d stay here again with no doubt.

The house was really cozy and we had plenty of of room for everyone. The property was beautiful great for a break from the city to connect with nature. The host was great and they accomodated for changes on the amount of people. Overall great experience

Beautiful house and landscaped gardens, surrounded by farm and grazing cattle. The house inside is very stylish and comfortable with thoughtful pieces of art and furniture, the kitchen well equipped and spacious, perfect for hosting a group. The beds are really comfortable and plenty of space to unpack belongings, including a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. The location of the property is close to Alexandra, which is a town which seems to have everything you need plus good coffee shops. I’d definitely recommend this place to others coming to the area.

We had a lovely stay! The house was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and a lovely fireplace that made the evenings extra special. The large windows brought in so much natural light and offered stunning views of the forest. We especially loved the outdoor deck where we could sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location is truly unique—right in the middle of the forest, completely immersed in nature. It was quiet, private, and a perfect escape from the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to unwind and enjoy a natural, serene setting.

Great location, easy walking distance to everything. Living space was good size for us as a couple with a toddler, might have been stretched to comfortably fit another couple. Helen and Eric were very quick to respond to messages sent which made for a relaxing time away. Would definitely stay again when visiting Melbourne.

Very comfortable base for our cycling trips on the Great Victorian Rail trail. Good location, very walkable distance to shopping strip (and eating places etc.). Bath came in handy for post-ride aches! Lots of TVs, though you need to download Netflix etc. onto your own devices. Fridge is a little loud (cycles on and off), though the place itself is very quiet with only soft bird-song. Lots of heating in house (we didn't use the split-system cooler, as the weather wasn't hot at all when we were there).

Jim’s is a lovely place to spend a few days. Great location, comfortable bed and well equipped. Loved the rain head shower and the outlook over the rooftops. Very light and clean with a great vibe. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks Jim!

Jo's lodging is a fantastic art deco apartment with loads of charm, heritage and has a cosy living space. The apartment building is easy to find, is in a superb location with plenty of public transport options, restaurants and great proximity to bustling social hubs like Melbourne CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy. Jo was superb with communication, offered a great deal of flexibility with the check in/out times and checked in on us regularly to ensure we were having a great stay. The next time we're in Melbourne we will definitely be staying with Jo again. Thanks for everything!

Jeff & Melinda’s apartment was one of the best we’ve stayed at in Melbourne. They were very proactive with their communication, the apartment was clean, beautifully styled and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even included a few extras, such as a bottle of wine and some chocolates for the kids! Our children loved the addition of a few games and of course the swimming pool and spa was a highlight. The view from the apartment is brilliant and the trams just outside make travelling around easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Michelle thoroughly deserves her 5 star rating. The apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and great attention to detail. The balcony was awesome - lovely to relax on amongst the trees. Location was excellent- easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport, restaurants and gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough

Peter was an amazing host from start to finish. He was extremely responsive any time we had a question, he replied almost instantly with helpful and clear answers. It really made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. He offered us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated! The apartment itself great, the view of the city from the windows was stunning. We had an amazing stay at Lynton’s place! It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The river was fantastic, and the neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Lynton was a fantastic host—very friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. The detailed information he provided was extremely helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to visit again. Highly recommend this place!

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

Very happy with our stay at Phillips home in Eildon. Very spacious house for the whole family, great amenities and great part of town. Sitting by the fire pit at night and enjoying the clear night sky was highlight. Would recommend and stay again!

Amazing secluded location, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished house. Lovely quality things, well stocked for basics and firewood.

We had a great stay at Steve and Ka Ling's accommodation. Brilliant location in Olinda, walk to the pub, peaceful and private. Bonus to have a spa and pool table. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is some cookware (frypans/saucepans etc) so that you could cook your own meals if wanted. Some rugs and soft furnishings around the lounge area would make it cosier and less echoey. We would recommend this property to others.

had a lovely stay here as pre-wedding accommodation. place was super clean, awesome gardens for our fur baby, and host was kind to reach out to me when we accidentally left something behind and even offered to post it to us! peaceful place and highly recommend! can't praise this place enough, a hidden gem in Mt. Dandenong

What a fabulous place! The character of this home and beauty of the surrounding gardens made for such a great family getaway. With the billiard table, pool, sauna and tennis court, our teenagers were happy and occupied. Loved that we could walk to Sherbrooke Falls from the house, and the gorgeous cafe across the road. We booked blackwood for our wedding anniversary. I was looking for a lux 2 night escape that felt dreamy and romantic and this is exactly what we got! The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was able to be made dark allowing us to have long sleep ins (which is something we never get!) the thoughtful touch of the cheese board came in very hand while taking a soak in the spa! The accomodation was situated right in the heart of sassafras which is home to lovely little cafes and specialty stores (although the town is very sleepy until 10am) If you are going to this area we recommend the bakery ‘Proserpina’! Amazing pastries 🥐 and ‘The pig and whistle’ was a great pub night out. Thank you for such lovely accommodation we had a very memorable weekend x
