The 420 sq ft space includes a 65" HD TV w/DirectTV service, high speed wireless & wired internet, kitchenette w/convection cook microwave, fridge/freezer, w/many other extras. Our professionally cleaned Studio Guest House comes complete with kitchenette, dining and sitting area, and a Sealy Posturepedic cal king bed.  At 360 square feet, the guesthouse is attached to our main house where we live and has a private entrance with self-check in and no shared access. It's the perfect place to wind down from your days adventure; conveniently located near SDSU in a safe, quiet family neighborhood. All San Diego attractions are only a short drive away.

Introducing our itsy bitsy studio, where small is not only beautiful but also a trove of comfort and ingenuity. While it may lack extravagant features, it does offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Traveler beware this is a basic regular ol’ bland neighborhood (nothing to do walking distance) I do have gr8 news is, we are at close proximity (1 mile) to the freeway allowing for easy access and seamless exploration of all San Diego has to offer.

We are 20 min to the beach, or relax and enjoy the pool! Close to SDSU and easy freeway access to anywhere in San Diego.
