Casa Piedra - Close to the beach!

Casa Piedra is an elegant, beautifully detailed one-bedroom retreat set in a quiet corner of three acres of farmland, just a short walk to one of Mexico’s most stunning beaches. The home features a kitchen, a living room, and a dining area opening to a palapa terrace. The primary bedroom has a king bed for two, plus a daybed. A rooftop palapa offers ocean views and an outdoor queen bed. Surrounded by mango, banana, and olive trees, the casa sits near a refreshing NATURAL POOL filtered by plants.

THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Joyita del Sur… just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

Ocean View Suite at Gran Sueno

This premium 395 square foot suite has plenty of space with a private outdoor patio. This is one of four spacious king-size studio bedrooms in the Cascada Building. This building sits up on the hill behind the main house and has jaw-dropping panoramic views of the bay. It is fully equipped with a work station, double vanities in the bathroom and indoor/outdoor showers to clean up after a day at the beach. Our beautiful private white sand beach is just a short 2 min walk down the driveway.

The Pearl of Cabo Pulmo

This casita is upstairs with a view of the Sea of Cortez. It's a small studio apartment with a full kitchen and bath. An almost-private beach is a short walk away. All restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The Pearl has air conditioning that can run up to 10-12 hours per day in the summer. The Pearl is the third bedroom on the property, but is fully independent from the Jewel of Cabo Pulmo and the Garden Casita. Family groups are welcome to inquire about renting all three.

Central to the shops, restaurants, hiking trails, sport fishing, kiteboarding, snorkeling, and Mexico’s # 1 Pickleball courts, Tres Palapas. Entire villa can be rented.

The property is set in the heart of Las Tunas, adjacent to the Bocana Las Tunas which is home to a turtle hatchery, at the best location in town where you can marvel from the rooftop terrace at the whales breaching, wind your way down a sandy path through the dune-grass to stroll miles of pristine white sand beach, or take part in one of the daily sunset turtle-releases.
