I had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachfront getaway! The private access to a pristine, crystal-clear beach made it perfect for snorkeling, sunbathing, and swimming. The space itself was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super cozy, and the hammock on the balcony overlooking the ocean provided the ultimate relaxation experience. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves with the windows open was pure bliss. The private entrance added an extra layer of comfort, especially for a solo traveler. The pools were well-maintained and a great alternative to the beach. There are local restaurants and bakeries nearby, and while you can walk around the charming streets, having a car is definitely helpful for reaching dining spots. Overall, this stay was everything I hoped for and more. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating beach escape! Can’t wait to come back!

Rincón Sea Beach Cottage w/Pool, Steps to Beach!

We had a great stay in Rincón! The house was quaint, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after long days in the sun. While the pool was a bit smaller than expected, it was absolutely perfect during the hottest parts of the day. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants, and nearby excursions. Having a rental car was definitely helpful for exploring the area and checking out other local beaches. Would definitely recommend!

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

David’s place was worth every penny. He was very easy to communicate with and helpful. The house was beautiful and we had so much space. I was very impressed with the welcome packet provided to us, it was the perfect place to spend a weekend away from home and súper conveniently located to the marina and local restaurants. Beautiful home with everything you need, offering fantastic views. Restaurants are excellent, and we enjoyed Varadero, which was suitable for our pescatarians, meat lovers, and vegetarians alike. The Monfogo was amazing. Mary's list is excellent. Joyuda felt more authentic and less touristy. Or at least the tourists seemed like PR tourists. While there, we visited San German, Rincon, Ponce, Cabo San Rojo, La Paguera, San Juan, taking in beaches, etc. We would recommend Hooked on Adventure, the owner took us on a 4-hour boat ride to snorkel and swim in La Paguera. We also booked Adventure Tourmarine for a sunset cruise - also great. The house has everything ideally stored away - sharp cooking knives, multiple blenders, and coffee makers. There were boat shoes, chairs, towels, noodles, etc. Great wifi. The grocery store and gas station are very close by, with everything you need. A safe area, but also a locked community. Beautiful furnishings and decorations. All around - 5-star+!

Best Beach House, Direct Ocean Views in Sea Beach!

We stayed here with our 11-year-old son for a couple of days. Everything went very smooth and the house was exactly described. The inside of the house is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because the outdoor patio was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a rental. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the sounds of the waves and the view of the ocean. It a huge area that is great for relaxing or eating a meal. Also, the hammock was a bit hit with the whole family! In terms of the area, we really enjoyed the easy access to the beach just outside the house. You can swim right there, but be careful as there are some sections of reef. We loved using the available paddle boards to take a morning paddle down to Playa Lala for some calmer water and pure sandy bottom. On the way to Lala there is also a reef that is fun to snorkel on. By afternoon, the ocean would get a bit rough, but still swim friendly. Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend it!

Treated us great and after explaining our situation, was SUPERA FLEXIBLE WITH CHECK IN. All around great place and great experience! We caught Victor outside and is a GREAT person, i couldnt have asked for a better one day vacation. Loved it!

We loved our stay here. It was a little hard to find since we didn’t have Google maps but once we found the place, we greatly enjoyed it. It’s really nice that it’s walkable to a beach and to some restaurants and stores. It’s pretty close to drive to some of the other pretty beaches, which is very convenient. The condominium itself was not very crowded so that felt really nice. The pool was great, although there are no chairs there. It was like our private pool while we were there. The view from the top was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and it was really nice that it came supplied with some Beach stuff. I do recommend a stay here.

David ha sido un gran anfitrion. Estuvo pendiente a todas nuestras necesidades, respondio todas nuestras comunicaciones , estuvo pendiente de que pasaramos un estancia fenomenal. La propiedad esta convenientemente localizada cerca de todo, pero lejos del bullicio y con todo lo necesario y mas. Gracias David por todas tus atenciones. Definitivamente volveremos. My favorite airbnb I've stayed in. trails were pretty over grown so I had to chop my way through with a machete which actually added to the fun a bit. I definitely realized how difficult it must be to actually maintain a large piece of land like this. First thing I found was a fallen over bannana tree and I've been eating 8 bannanas a day since and I feel great. I found a cacao tree and had a nice raw cacao which was one of the best I've tasted. the rose apples tasted really good too. lots of bugs on them which you never see in the grocery store, everything felt natural and real. There was no AC and at first I was a bit annoyed but once it was about 10pm the breeze came in from the windows and I slept really well. My first night back home sleeping with AC doesn't feel as good as the natural mountain air cooling me off Great Trip with lots of hacienda around.

Spent five weeks in this beautiful home. Super clean and plenty of room for the four of us. Loved being able to sit outside in the evening. Angel was a wonderful host, very responsive if we had any questions. Thanks for a great place to vacation in.
