Welcome to The Cabin @ SanGer-La Alpacas, a working alpaca farm owned and operated by Nancy & Kris Sanger. In addition to the wooded Adirondack Park like setting, you can learn about alpacas, their care and their wonderful fiber, or just relax and imagine you're in the most peaceful place on earth. You'll meet Lucas and Cody our 2 dogs. Both very friendly and full of energy. The Cabin is a completely separate 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom and full bath. Parking in front of the Cabin. Note: No TV.

WINTER STAYS. Tuck away on the charming private 3rd floor within our century-old home. Enjoy simple comfort with lots of little extras that guests praise. (Please read full listing). There's space to work or relax, two TVs, two comfy beds, and a light-duty kitchenette stocked with quick breakfast fare, snacks, coffee & teas. Near hospital. 15min to airport, 18 to RIT. The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo.
