David was an amazing host, very responsive, helpful, and always friendly,. Apartment was clean, in a safe area, with lots of things to do nearby.

Space was very clean and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the security alarm the first night and Michelle was responsive, sending someone right out to fix it. Would stay here again.

James and Christopher were very helpful when I had issues with my app on my phone and couldn’t get my messages. Christopher called me with in minutes of my message and was very helpful.

We were so pleased with our stay! Almost anything you need is close by or within walking distance, the place was clean and beautiful, and the history that you could see throughout the building felt so neat and special. It was such a wonderful place, and we loved that it felt like home when you walked in! We stayed here for a conference at one of the nearby hotels, and we all agreed that the accommodations and homey atmosphere were better than we could have ever gotten at the hotel! We will be back!!

The place was amazing and both host were great about response time and other things. I would say the surrounding area is a bit on the shadier side but that’s nothing they can control. I would suggest they take a peek at the roof due to some leaks we dealt with whilst staying there.

Grace's Air b and b is in close proximity to the city and at a great price. The neighborhood felt safe and was within walking distance of multiple places. I definitely recommend cafe shiraz for whoever stays at the air b and b next.

If you’re looking at this Airbnb, don’t second guess and rent it! The location is amazing. Several bars and restaurant right outside the door as well as a quick drive to the waterfront and airport. The space is better than the pictures. Simply decorated and clutter free with everything you would need for a stay. It was very clean and plenty of space for everyone in our group of 6. This condo is great for groups with the main living/entertaining room on the 2nd floor and access to a terrace with more than enough seating for everyone. The bedrooms are on the first and 3rd floor, so the night owls could continue on without disrupting anyone wanting to turn in early. You can hear road noise and bar noise from across the street on weekends till really late. So for those light sleepers, earplugs were really helpful. Anytime we visit Louisville, we hope to stay at Jeff’s. He is a great host, always quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating.

The space was perfect for 9 of us to stay. Everyone had their own bed which was more than comfortable as well as an extremely accommodating living room space. The restaurants and night life were all very walkable from where we were at. Very happy we booked with Nathan!

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed and the linens were so over the top luxurious, we slept so well. Great location.

We had a beautiful stay at this Airbnb! Very cozy for two people and a pup. We were very thankful for the thoughtful toiletries (everything smelled amazing) and popcorn and coffee in the kitchen. We felt right at home and loved the eclectic and curated design choices. The best part was walking through the gorgeous neighborhood to get coffee at Safai - thanks to our host for the cafe recommendation as well!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free stay.

Close to 4th St Live and Whiskey Row, we walked everywhere easily. We would highly recommend this place to others and would book again. The parking pass at the arena garage was an added bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and conveniently located to the convention center. Having parking in the garage across the street was wonderful! Marianne was such a great hostess. Outstanding communication and quick responses. She offered great suggestions of places to see and eat. The beds were so comfy. Just like the 3 bears, we slept just right. We look forward to coming back and staying exactly at this spot. Once you find a gem, you don’t want to stay anywhere else. Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!
