The lower level features three bedrooms, two baths, and a beautifully outfitted kitchen, dining, living area. You'll have access to the primary suite with its king bed, lake views, and sumptuous bath. You'll also have full use of the kitchen/living area, and outdoor amenities.

We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Perfectly positioned away from noisy traffic, our quiet home is located only 2 miles from Elk Rapids' iconic downtown with many unique shopping and ding opportunities and just 8 miles from Flintfield Horse Show, water sports, hiking trails and other highly desired Up North destinations. Sit around our campfire and enjoy stargazing. Crystal clear Elk Lake access is just a short 5 minute walk away.

The TART (walking, biking, etc.) connects you to Traverse City and all the way up to Suttons Bay.
