This property is completely fenced in, so kids can enjoy the playground, beach, and yard games. Kayaks, paddle boards and a giant lily pad are available at no extra cost. The lower level features three bedrooms, two baths, and a beautifully outfitted kitchen, dining, living area. We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

The Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) crosses Acme Creek and passes directly through the property. The TART (walking, biking, etc.) connects you to Traverse City and all the way up to Suttons Bay.
