Second floor of a historic home built in the 1800’s. Above a quaint Tea Room. Private entrance, you will be the only guests. Access to Clara J’s Tea Room during operating hours. (Call to make a reservation if you would like Proper Tea Wednesday-Saturday) Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and our excellent Metropark! There is not a kitchen. There are NO cleaning fees. The exterior is currently being renovated, but this has no impact on your stay. (2024)

"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

Located in the heart of downtown PC - this completely renovated historic building is centrally located - and just minutes from the jet express to the beautiful island of Put in Bay, beaches, restaurants, local shopping, bars, live entertainment and the new M.O.M area - also located within the outdoor beverage district! 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths - full kitchen, dining room and living room. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. A sunroom on the rear of the house looks into a peaceful yard with a brick patio for relaxing. Full laundry. All in the sleepy village of Sylvania.

A perfect get a way for a couple or group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 2 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!
