Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

Perfect combo of camping & cabin life. PETS ALLOWED, prior approval needed. Fee of $25 per day/per pet. Fee is collected upon check in. Owner, dogs & cats lives on property.

Spend your days hiking, kayaking, & all the things the area has to offer & your evenings around the campfire, watching the sunset & star gazing. The Black River Cozy Cabin is perfect for family vacations or a romantic get-away. With a secluded lake out the back door and two fire pits for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs, there are plenty of outdoor activities without even leaving the property. Of course, there is always more to explore in the area as well; including the Black River, which is just a short hike away.

Sit around the fire pit by the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature! Piney River Brewery is just minutes away with River access in almost every direction!

Secluded Ranch House Cabin in Eminence - Ozarks

The Ranch House cabin (2020)at Old Desperado Ranch has a rustic western cowboy theme. The stone fireplace (electric) was hand made with local rocks from the creeks and rivers. The two bedroom cabin is very spacious and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Just bring your food! The cabin is dog friendly, see pet policy. Windy’s Will pick you up for your float from your cabin. Be sure to check our other cabins- bunk house, tiny house. Trailrides available by reservation.

WPH Cabin

Our primitive cabin sets at the edge of pristine Little Pine Creek which is fed by the largest spring in Howell County. The sounds of bubbling water, birds singing, and an occasional UAC (Unidentified Animal Call) are all you'll hear in this utterly private setting in the woods. In case you're not sure of the meaning of "primitive", that means no electricity, no plumbing. A fire pit, propane burners, wood stove (wood provided), and outhouse complete your old-fashion camping adventure!
