Frederick is well known for being one of the safest cities in Colorado multiple years running! It’s quiet and relaxing. I do a lot of writing and the peace is great. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
