In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. Wooden chalet-style maisonette (90 m²) in a peaceful natural setting in Central Evia, offering privacy and a true countryside escape. 35 min from Chalkida and 1.5h from Athens airport. Politika beach is 15 min away and Psachna village 10 min for shops and supplies. Private swimming pool (1.2–2m depth). Fireplace with free firewood in winter. Surrounded by nature with easy access to sea, mountains, and traditional villages. Car required.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
