Qué harás

This workshop offers an introduction to lucid dreaming and mindfulness of dream and sleep. It is an experiential workshop, exploring the fascinating realm of the third of our lives we spend unconscious; learning how we can bring mindful awareness to sleep and what benefits it offers us.

At the beginning of the workshop, I will introduce myself and then give the opportunity for each member of the group to introduce themselves.
I will then provide an overview of what lucid dreaming is and how it can be of benefit, including some examples from my own experience and that of others I have trained with.

The main workshop content is broken down into chunks as follows:
• The science of sleep and how dream works
• Sleep hygiene
• A closer explore of dreams and what their apparent bizarreness is all about, including recurring dreams and nightmares
• Tips and techniques to become lucidly aware within the dream state
• What to do when lucid.

+ lunch and comfort breaks.

There are interactive elements to this workshop, which include meditation, visualisation and drawing exercises. There will be opportunities for questions and sharing provided throughout.

By the end of the workshop, you will be equipped with the information you need to help your overall sleep (and wider) health, an understanding of how dreams work and a toolbox of techniques for achieving and exploring lucidity.

My background is in nature connection and outdoor learning, and I discovered mindfulness in 2014 after mental health issues. Mindfulness of both wakefulness and sleep, intertwined with nature connection, has become such an important part of my life and has been transformational for my wellbeing. I have subsequently trained to facilitate and share these practices with others and am deeply passionate about this subject matter, always eager to learn more. I have been on many retreats and training courses, and my lucid dreaming teacher is renowned expert Charlie Morley, who I feel very fortunate to be learning directly from. I continue to deepen my own practice to offer quality guidance for others.
