Qué harás

The best way to start your day! Meet 5-10 minutes prior to start time at or near the trailhead. Hike an easy-moderate trail for 45-60 minutes then admire the waterfall and enjoy a guided meditation. Flow through 60-75 minutes of yoga customized to your skill level & experience. You're welcome to bring your phone/camera or totally disconnect from technology since we'll take plenty of pictures along the way to help you remember this special experience! Trail is about 2.5 miles roundtrip. Arrive back at the parking lot Potential health benefits of hiking, meditating and practicing yoga outdoors can include: • Boosting Your Immune System • Lowering Blood Pressure • Reducing Stress • Reducing Depression & Anxiety • Improving Memory & Focus • Better Sleep • Improving Bone & Joint Health Note: You need to provide your own transportation.

I grew up right here in the Carolinas and have completed over 500 hours of yoga training at an ashram in India and at Asheville Yoga Center. I started leading yoga hikes in the Appalachian Mountains in 2017 after volunteering and traveling around the world and hiking parts of the Himalayas, the Alps and the Andes. My friends and I are a collective of fun, friendly & experienced Asheville area yoga teachers who are excited to share with you our favorite waterfall, yoga and meditation as well as information about the history, plants, animals and things to do in the area. Part of the cost includes trees donated on your behalf via onetreeplanted.org to offset our carbon emissions. Donde estarás

Out of the hundreds of waterfalls in Western North Carolina, this one is my favorite! The trail and the experience is great for all skill levels including beginners. We provide mats and take pictures for free.
