Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. The neighborhood is friendly, with various places to eat and small local businesses to buy from. Thank you, it was nice staying

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

The accommodation was very nice. My wife and our two dogs enjoyed our stay. The small patio made it easy to take our dogs out for their needs, and she had water with a hose that was easy to clean every day. Gulsah was friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Thank you very much.

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Todo estuvo perfecto. La casa es hermosa tal cual se describe en las fotos. Tuvimos un detalle con el internet y con un baño, e inmediatamente fueron y lo resolvieron. Sin duda regresaríamos mil veces. Está súper céntrico y todo se puede hacer a pie si te gusta caminar .

Om positief te beginnen was de locatie perfect! Dat maakte alles al waard. Plek is super centraal en het dakterras is uitmuntend met een prachtig uitzicht. Echter, er waren wel wat kleine opmerkingen aan de kamer. De wc bril was kapot, de gordijnen reiken niet helemaal tot onder waardoor er veel licht binnenviel en de keuken was niet helemaal compleet. Wat wel fijn was, was de koelkast die aanwezig was. Douche ook fijn en alles wat schoon. Communicatie was perfect! Ali is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

L’hôte est très réactif. Merci pour le geste des fruits et gourmandises offertes à notre arrivée. C’était très appréciable. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Logement bien situé et sécurisé !

Evin konumu çok iyi. Girişimiz verilen bilgiler sayesinde sorunsuzdu. Mesajlara hemen dönüş sağladılar. Güzel bir konaklama deneyimiydi.

Konumu çok güzel olan tarihi bir bina. Geniş bir terasa sahip. Evde kahve, su, yemek yapabilmeniz için gereken malzemeler var. Galata kulesine 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Evin hemen altında bir market var. Merdivenler biraz fazla ve asansör yok fakat bizim için problem değildi. Çocukla seyahat ettim ve güzel zaman geçirdik. Temiz ve rahattı.

Efkan's Cozy Home is absolutely the best place to stay near the Galata Tower. The host could not be a better host. The views from both decks are absolutely incredible. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here.

Merci antonio pour toutes les infos fournis. L’apt est très beau, avec vue incroyable tant sur la terrasse que dans la chambre ou encore le salon. Tout est équipé, antonio est au petit soin et vs laisse tout ce dont vs avez besoin dans l’apt ( machine à laver/ sèche linge/ fer à repasser/ savon/ sèche cheveux/ coton tige, café etc...). Eclairage et decoration soignée. L’apt est à proximité de tout et idéalement placé pr tout faire à pied. Nous aurions aimé rester plus lgt. L’apt est au 5éme étage, ca fait les cuisses pdt le séjour mais c’est le prix à payer pr cette vue :)

I had a comfortable stay in Furkans' flat. The location is very convenient to reach famous attractions, restaurants, cafes and shops on foot or by bus. Furkan is the perfect host; friendly, helpful and responsive. The flat is exactly as shown in the pictures.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Belle décoration, calme, bien situé, meublé. Il y a aussi un accès à une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Bosphore. L appartement est idéalement situé je le recommande vivement

She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

A beautifully laid out and well equipped apartment in a great location - an easy walk to shops and Galata tower. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and bright lower ground floor bedroom. We had made an error in arriving on 1st May and government restrictions on the area made it a challenge to get to the apartment. Dilek was efficiently responsive, very helpful and supported us as much as was possible. As part of a group of 25 in Istanbul for a birthday celebration we were able to see many apartments booked by others and Dileks one was the best by far!

Die Wohnung ist mit den ausführlichen Anweisungen von unserem Gastgeber Hüseyin ganz leicht zu finden. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, da Sackgasse, nah am Meer/ Parkanlage,gute Restaurants fussläufig ,Marmaray und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls fussläufig. Die schöne Wohnung war super sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles für den täglichen Bedarf war vorhanden. Wir haben uns „zu Hause“ und willkommen gefühlt. Danke übrigens für die leckeren Äpfel und die 5 Liter Trinkwasser🤗👍🏻! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen… Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Sara was a great host, very responsive and supportive throughout my stay, which made the experience even smoother. I’d definitely consider staying here again!
