Meadowview Glen is attached to a gorgeous farmhouse in a rural setting north of Spokane. The apartment is like a mini farmhouse with all the charm of the main house. Just 30 minutes to downtown Spokane and just 15 minutes to shopping and eats. We are close to Green Bluff and Mt. Spokane and across the street from the Little Spokane River. Our 3.9 acres are quiet and peaceful and the unit is light, cozy and cheerful. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

The kitchen opens into the family room with a smart TV. Just around the corner are two bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Ask us about renting our E bikes!

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Willow Gardens Main House

Willow Gardens Main House is located in Mead, Wa. on a quiet country acre. Offering 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, A/C in the upstairs bedroom, full kitchen and laundry facilities. There are two bedrooms and a half bath one step up from the main living area. The third bedroom is on the second floor. Close to both highways 395 and 2 it is an easy access to any north side location. Only minutes to Whitworth University, Costco, groceries,shopping, golfing and more.
