Die Wohnung ist super und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. In der näheren Ungebung hat es zahlreiche tolle Restaurants und der Strand ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Newquay.

Comfortable flat with all Amenities required . Perfect location right in the center , shops , restaurants , port and beaches and yet in a quiet location . With a bonus of allocated parking space minutes away at the train station which is a real advantage in St Ives . Thank you .

Fabulous location.!!!!!! Short walking distance to all that the centre of St Ives has to offer The view from the window is unbeatable and as you are so near to the seas edge we slept with the window slightly open so as to listen to the restful waves when going to sleep at night Had all the amenities we looked for during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend or return to in the future Just a couple of minor issues to be aware of : Parking at the nearby Island is difficult. It seemed to be full most of the time and for most of the time people were waiting for a space to park The Wi-Fi isn’t great- only really useable in the lounge (and then not all the time) But don’t let this put you off ….you won’t regret booking a stay here and there are some great restaurants practically on your doorstep !

Jody and James’ place was really lovely, cosy and a really good fit for our family of 4. We had a couple of days of rain and had no problems hiding away in the cosy apartment. Very good TV selection. We have been to Hayle and the area many times and there are some really nice spots around the apartment. Would really recommend Gilbert’s, Philps pasties, Duckies cafe and many more in walking distance. It is also walkable to St Ives along the coastal path. Great week had by all.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

We had a fabulous week at Goose Rock. The apartment is simply stunning with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The view out the living room, over Crantock beach, is amazing. Location is great, very peaceful with great walking and a choice of several beaches on the doorstep, and two places to eat just around the corner. I honestly couldn’t fault Valérie’s apartment, and hope to visit again later in the year.

Amazing location for exploring the coastal area, everywhere is walkable ! Emily and Matt gave a great list of recommendations for places to eat. Very nice and organised apartment, with everything you could need. The large sofa/window area is great for watching surfers on the beach

This is a gem of a place. The location is what makes it most special. Seconds from a glorious sandy beach, the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep at night. The best parts of St Ives are minutes away. But at Lower Salthings you are in the backstreets and away from the crowds. The accommodation itself is perfect for a family of four if the children are happy in bunk beds. It’s very well designed so you never feel it’s too small. The facilities are to a good standard, with a large TV and sound bar for those stay-at-home evenings. Andy and Philippa are brilliant communicators and were super helpful at all times. We’d recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

what can I say, what a little gem of a place, Home from home has everything to make your stay comfortable. Fantastic location close to everything from stunning walks to pubs, shops & restaurants. On arrival the car park was easy to find, then a 1 minute walk around to the front of property, had the loveliest surprise with a birthday card, Prosecco and rosè wine chilling in the fridge, A lovely cream tea hamper. And shortbread by the tea and coffee, fresh bread and milk to, Fresh cut flowers on the table, the place was spotless. Chris was just at the end of the phone and responded very quickly with everything we needed. Our dogs made them selves at home with the balls and treats left for them. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel minis in the bathroom were lovely and soft white towels. The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean bedding. Through the day we took the dogs for long walks and in the evening we were all shattered to snuggled down with Netflix and ordered takeaways perfect.

I stayed before and after a weeks trip to The Scilly Isles. The apartment is in a great location for walking and exploring the area as well as walking to the ferry. The sea view from the lounge is lovely. There is a good park adjacent to the apartment which opens 8am until dusk. Paula made myself and my dog, Mollie, very welcome. There were dog bowls, a dog towel and treats. The apartment was very well furnished with everything you would need and felt like a home away from home. The travel directions are very accurate and important to follow as some roads in this area are one way or cul-de-sacs. Roads are very narrow and you have to proceed very slowly and with caution. I would highly recommend this apartment and Paula.

Jenny’s place was great - just as described, and Jenny was a great communicator! Check in/out was very simple. The location is up a large staircase/hill (from the center of town) so make sure you’re comfortable with walking (which we were) or else you’ll be paying a lot for cab rides! Side note - Jenny also has great restaurant recommendations, which we loved!

Rachel was very friendly & accommodating. Her information pack had some good recommendations. Rachel had left some goodies on arrival which made you feel very welcome. Rachel also communicated all information leading up to us arriving so we had no issues when we got to the property. We had a really relaxing, enjoyable time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Penny’s place! It was incredibly cozy, beautifully maintained, and squeaky clean! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including the luxury of two bathrooms and a private parking space, which made things so convenient. A special touch that made us feel immediately welcome was being greeted with scones, clotted cream, and jam, which was such a lovely surprise! The location was peaceful and charming. We even had a glimpse of the sea as the flat is on the first floor. While the narrow streets might be a bit tricky to navigate with a larger car, it’s all part of the area's charm, and having dedicated parking made it a non-issue for us. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Cornwall. Penny was a fantastic host and her place made our trip truly memorable.

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

Absolutely fantastic stay, me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights but wished it could’ve been longer! This apartment has everything you need, is spotless, cosy and just very homely. Nicola was an amazing host, very responsive whenever I messaged and made sure she tried to help in any way possible. Just a short walk down to the beach or the town, it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was super comfortable too which is always a bonus. We loved all the tiny touches and decor. I don’t often write reviews but this was spectacular and we couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you for having us, we will be back!! 🩷

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with everything we needed. It was very clean and well-maintained. Wonderful views of the sea and Porth beach- this was the best bit. The beach is just over the road, and icecream and pub just a few minutes walk. A really lovely place xx

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Great, comfy and clean space. Used as a weekend hub to explore Cornwall and was perfect for us. Walking distance to Falmouth and Pendennis point was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more! Flat was modern and to a very high standard.

Amazing location, few mins walk to Fistral beach. Immaculate flat, everything you need with the added bonus of the pool and beautiful sea views. Kirsten was a great host, accommodating and super friendly. Can't wait to come back! x
