We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations coupled with the easy walk to downtown. Nice and clean, historic, peaceful.

Lensey has thought about every detail of this property. We were a party of six and had abundant space to lounge, eat and sleep. The house is kept very clean. The furnishings and decor are in excellent condition. I couldn’t come up with a single complaint. It’s obvious that he takes great pride in both his property and service.

I love the way the house was decorated and the history of the home. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed!

This Airbnb is our go to when we come to Arkansas. It’s very complete, comfortable and cozy. Raphael has been the best host. This is my family’s favorite airbnb rental! We have stayed in over 10 airbnb’s as a family. The location is centrally located to stores as well as the University of Central Arkansas. The Airbnb has everything your family desires from games to clean, comfortable surroundings. Please don’t tell too many people. It’s our GoTo Arkansas airbnb😊

My girlfriend visited Arkansas and we stayed here, it was great. Watching movies to spend time together and having such a nice place was very fun. We'd definitely stay again.

We have stayed here several times now, our kids live in the neighborhood, and we drive from Michigan, which makes it so convenient! We love this place; it is always neat and clean. Marie is an excellent hostess and always easy to reach. This last time there were a few ants in the kitchen and when we texted her, she was there right away and provided ant traps and a new filter for the Zevo bug light. Thank you, Marie! :)

The house was so homey and comfortable! Everything you could need was there. Caleb was quick to respond to questions and agreeable to an earlier check in time.

Absolutely wonderful stay. It’s hard to find a place that will easily accommodate my dogs when I travel, and Shelly’s place was perfect. She even had toys, bowls and treats. The fridge had water and snacks were on the table. Those small touches always stick out. Would definitely stay again
