We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations coupled with the easy walk to downtown. Nice and clean, historic, peaceful.

Great place to stay in exactly what I was looking for. The noises were a little bit loud in that area, but I think that’s just how the building is made. Wonderful and close to the college and everything you might need.

Kris was kind enough to bring by an umbrella when the weather took a turn. The space was comfy, clean, and very convenient. Would stay again.

I can't say enough good about this hidden gem...this is a sanctuary... Everything you need to stay a night or a year... The view of the lake with the pastoral foreground complete with a nostalgic red barn...I took pictures of it so that I can paint it later. It's that beautiful! They are the kindest hosts... My highest recommendation goes to them, along with the fullest measure of goodwill. They, and their place, are truly special. A blessing...

Lensey has thought about every detail of this property. We were a party of six and had abundant space to lounge, eat and sleep. The house is kept very clean. The furnishings and decor are in excellent condition. I couldn’t come up with a single complaint. It’s obvious that he takes great pride in both his property and service.

I love the way the house was decorated and the history of the home. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed!

My second stay here within two weeks if that tells you anything 😬and I was able to extend for an extra night after my original booking was already confirmed. 😎 The house setup is ideal for 1:1 time or having multiple people hangout for a game night or something similar. Sally is very responsive and flexible! THANK YOU!! This will continue to be my first option when needing to stay in this area. :-)

Location was ideal and the amenities were just as described! The crib, high chair, kids toys, and outdoor playset were a lifesaver since we were traveling with our 1 year old - it made her feel right at home! We enjoyed the kitchen and the streaming services. It was perfect for the value!

My girlfriend visited Arkansas and we stayed here, it was great. Watching movies to spend time together and having such a nice place was very fun. We'd definitely stay again.

Our crew moved this house. Plenty of beds for a larger crew with great host!

The house was so homey and comfortable! Everything you could need was there. Caleb was quick to respond to questions and agreeable to an earlier check in time.
