This gem is located in one of Seattle’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Walk along the quaint, waterfront boardwalk to Salty's (temp closed). Afterwards, enjoy dinner or a glass of wine on the beautiful fenced-in outdoor elevated patio watching the boats sail by in Puget Sound or a soak in the warm spa. Use my Kayaks!

Get your fresh roasted coffee at Bluebeard Coffee Roasters (next door) or get a beer at State Street Brewery. We are also directly across from MSM deli known for their delicious sandwiches.

Nuestra escapada ofrece hermosos amaneceres y un lago prístino. Pesque en el muelle, haga kayak o simplemente disfrute. Un porche cubierto y una chimenea al aire libre lo hacen acogedor incluso bajo la lluvia. Al aire libre, encontrará la bañera de hidromasaje, la barbacoa de gas, el muelle y los kayaks. En el interior encontrará una cómoda cama tamaño queen, chimenea, televisión por cable, wifi y muebles cómodos. Disfruta de las luces festivas y la hermosa decoración.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

Nyholm Guesthouse 2BR HOT TUB

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.

Looking to be in the heart of Seattle, this is the perfect spot, complete with views of the Puget Sound water, west-facing sunsets, and great wifi! It's a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Watch the sailboats and ferries from the queen bed as you fall asleep or enjoy a scone downstairs at the bakery. Plus there's a brand new pull-out coach, secure entrance and lots of fun places to visit in and around Belltown!
