A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.

"Smiley Filey" is a wonderful 3 Bedroomed house, ideally located for Filey beach, the cliff tops, or the town centre. All a 5 to 10 minute stroll. If you are a family, a walking group, road bikers or a couple wanting a break, we are sure you, like so many, will love Smiley Filey and return often for years ahead.

It’s on the ground floor of our 5 storey Victorian terrace family home. It is separate from the rest of the house so you’ll have full privacy. There’s plenty of space and the location is amazing!
