Can't begin to say enough nice things about this airbnb. We have stayed at many others and always love returning to this one. Would highly recommend. Patty and Mario are wonderful hosts. They are kind and attentive.

From the moment I entered it felt like home! The place was just the right size, photos were accurate, it was so clean and no heavy fragrances! The property was spotless, felt safe and had everything that one needed to make it like home. The view was amazing, truly oceanfront and private. The area wasn't as crowed and didn't feel touristy. If we wanted touristy though we were maybe 15 min. top to all the action. So convenient with supermarket and stores within walking distance and restaurant delivery you could just park your car and not leave. We had no issues but the host communicated with us to make sure we had clear and concise instructions and was just a phone call away if needed. We only live a few hours away so it is nice to know when a getaway is needed we have this place, great value for the price too!

We had such an amazing time at this villa in Ormond Beach. From the second we arrived, we felt totally at ease—nothing beats that beachfront view and the sound of the waves rolling in all day and night. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and cozy. The place itself was super clean and well-stocked—the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were great, and the beds were seriously comfy. Whether it’s a quiet getaway for two or a trip with the whole crew (kids included), this spot is a total win. Huge thanks to Thomas, too—he was an awesome host. Super responsive, answered all our questions, and had the best recs for local restaurants and even where to grab beach floats for the kids. We’re already looking at dates to come back!

We will be back in April, the camp was so clean and well maintained.

Everything thing was just as it was listed. We felt at home and were able to relax as soon as we arrived. The view from the balcony was amazing. Easy to get to and from the private beach. Being able to park in the underground garage was a plus.

Came for 3 nights during spring break so we figured we would be dealing with crowds, instead we found one of the most peaceful beach spots! My son said it felt like a private beach which it honestly did! The view from the condo and the back patio were amazing - would definitely recommend staying here just for that alone!

We were made to feel really welcome . The unit was exceptional in cleanliness , comfort and close to shopping, restaurants and activities for us. It was peaceful and quiet, and we felt right at home immediately, it is very cosy. We really enjoyed our time there and the time we spent interacting with our host. The best rental we’ve ever had. Sabrina was so friendly and so easy to get along , we had immediate response with any questions we had, and this made our stay much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone , perfect for a couple.

We only stayed one night, traveling back home from South Fl and booked while coming up the interstate. The host responded quickly and professionally. The space is bigger than it looks in pictures. Fully stocked with extra linens and all kitchen equipment. Front porch view of the ocean and back porch view of the waterway. 2 minute walk to be beach. Only minor inconvenience was that the washer and dryer are located in garage out back of the condo. We made it work though and they were clean and provided detergent. We will deff be back and plan to stay for a few days. Overall a 9 out of 10 for us.

Sandy is a wonderful and very professional host. Attention to detail is an understatement with this host and cleanliness to her unit. We are very pleased and will definitely return.

When we lived in Ormond Beach, a friend of mine came every year and stayed at the Aquarius for 20 years. After we moved to Chicago , that's where we wanted to stay. It's s a beautiful place and peaceful right on the ocean with gorgeous view from the top floor. You hear the waves.Peaceful. The studio has everything you need even beach towels and decorated so nice. Just Perfect for two. No dishwasher but has everything else you need in the kitchenette. Lots of freezer space .The kingsize bed has a deep mattress and is so comfortable and linens top notch. The pool is gorgeous with plenty of chairs, umbrellas . There's easy to access to private parking space in the garage so car is protected from weather, not hot in the summer.Carts handy to move luggage. lThe beach is not crowded and has life guard in nearby parks. You cannot hear traffic. We loved watching the Pelicans in flight on level with our lanai on the top floor! Groceries and restaurants nearby Hope we can return soon

Condo is spacious overlooking the intracoastal peaceful, clean. Offers plenty of parking. Publix and the beach are close. Has a nice swimming pool and a gym. Plenty of towels and napkins. Carry your bath soaps and shampoos or grab those from the Publix nearby.

Had a 3 day layover in Ormond Beach and Katie’s place was the perfect place for it. Very comfortable and accommodating.

A nice place at the Euro Village. Our stay was great! It was safe, comfortable, and peaceful. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer (shared between two units in a foyer). The private parking was well labeled and close to the elevator - so was the unit, which made it easy to haul our luggage. We were able to sit and listen to music in the center from our balcony. There was a cute little market on Sunday. We even saw hermit crabs at low tide on the St Joe Walkway across the street - which the village had a legitimate pedestrian crossing to access. Arlene and Caio were very responsive. We would stay again.

Great place to stay. Friday and Saturday live music in the courtyard, but once I closed the doors to the courtyard all was quiet. Near a wonderful river walk too. Watch Ontario canoe team. Definitely would book again.

Absolutely loved the condo. We have been to Ocean Hammock several times and love everything about it. The area and beach is nice and clean. We love the pools and clubhouse. The condo was in great shape and CLEAN! Everything was perfect and what we hoped for.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Property was as described - comfortable, clean and very tranquil overlooking the private lake (we could hear the ocean from the balcony). Steps to the beach and a short walk to both pools. One pool located beach side w/ access to the beach and the other lakeside w/ a grille. A lot of walking/biking trails w/in the community. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions for everything via the app and a useful in property notebook. We had a great stay!

This unit has breathtaking views! I don’t think you could be any closer to the beach and all the amenities . The neighborhood was super safe with a guarded entrance. Parking was right outside the building . It was so nice to have a pet friendly building . It was easy to walk our pup . The beach was just a few steps outside our place. The kitchen was fully stocked and the place was decorated so cute! Thanks for a great time ! We would 100 percent stay again !

Great place great view! Great balcony small but great size and incredible view and you can hear the ocean with the door open. Great space for 1-2 people or a family with 1 kid. Only downfall guest parking is far it’s too bad can’t use the valet for the hotel cause it’s a bit of a shelp to parking garage guest spots. But clean and easy to get to, also just make sure to bring your own water no Brita or water filter. :) 5 stars would def go back.

We had a wonderful stay on Cinnamon Beach. The condo was clean, beautiful and comfortable for our family. The area was walkable and quiet. We had an amazing Spring Break trip enjoying the pool, beautiful beaches and relaxing beachfront stay. Be sure to look at the moon calendar to catch a glimpse of the moon rising! Courtney was a wonderful host. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
