The property is exactly as described. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit run down and not too family friendly. That being said the property was private and clean.

This place is so sweet. Perfect for a couple. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed for our brief visit. The view was lovely and the access to lighthouse beach was awesome! Truly a spectacular spot. Thanks for a great stay!

A spectacular spot with stunning view and well equipped kitchen. Beach access for the hardy folks and best done at low Tide. When we arrived, two deer begrudgingly got off the front porch and ambled off to allow us to come in. Great Star gazing and multiple areas outside the house to just relax. We’ll be back some year for sure.

This place is truly exceptional—well-appointed, tucked away off the beaten path, and offering gorgeous lake views. It's cozy, comfortable, and the communication with Ben and Denelda was always quick and easy. We’ll definitely be back with friends!

We had a spur of the moment decision to spend thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful location, mind you it’s an rv park with mini houses. It is right on the Rouge River and steps away from the coast line we stayed in #36 and it was perfect you could see the beach from the tiny house. The kitchen supplies are rudimentary but enough to make a meal. It was a bit cold but other than that it was a great little place to stay! The surrounding sites are amazing, Myrtle Wood Trail is a must, Oregon Redwoods is a must! The surrounding towns are great too! The grocery shopping in Gold Beach was great. We loved it. Can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you!!!!

Our stay was very nice. We had planned to go inland on a wildlife refuge photo mission but saw a message about the egret birds nesting on Chris's property. This turned out to be like having our own private refuge that we would not have experienced otherwise. In short, Christopher's place is a must visit destination for bird watching...egrets, herons, others (and the family of 6 deer currently who are quite at home wandering about in the yard). My better half already wants to go back. Excellent accommodations, excellent hosts, excellent and memorable stay. One of our best Air B&B experiences. John and Cecilia

Awesome house and awesome host. Michael is super responsive and fast. Great value, great location, amazing piece of property, perfect house for a golf trip. The deck and hot tub are fun. Things that didnt matter to us but might for you: the bunkbed room is not a bedroom but a loft that is open to the tv room; wi-fi went in and out a few times; shower water pressure was weak. These are nitpicks. Still a great place that we will re-book next year & overall a great house for a golf trip!
