We had an absolutely fantastic 2-week stay at Kat’s place. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs and I’ve never had a more proactive and responsive host! House was exactly as described, beautiful inside and out. Location is SPECTACULAR - easy walk to public access points to the beach, shops and many restaurants. We’ve stayed on the north end of the island previously, and much prefer this area!

Wonderful stay! Great place to relax for a few days, and Karima was very responsive to any questions we had! Very short walk to the beach, and great restaurants around!

This home was great! There was six of us staying in this rental. It was spacious for all of us. We loved sitting outside on the patio by the canal. We were able to walk to a local restaurant, beach and pool. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall a great stay and Mary was an excellent host!

Our family of 4 (2, 7yr old kids) and my parents stayed for a week. Location is amazing, walk right onto the beach, open the doors of the balcony onto the beach. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and kids sand toys, and even beach towels to use. City cleans the beach daily and the neighborhood is quiet, clean, and so peaceful. Lots of space for all of us to stretch out and not be on top of each other but still so close together. Kitchen and living room are huge! Had games for kids. Outdoor dining on deck and patio are amazing. Sitting in the rocking chairs and watching the waves was incredible. Hot tub is secluded but also feels part of the ocean, it was very clean and worked great. Grill worked amazing and we used it a lot. Rocky gave us great welcome packet with local restaurants, things to do with the kids, and clear check in and check out process. Rocky was incredibly accommodating in early check in and later check out. A vaca we will never forget!

Our family spring break was outstanding at Jill’s beach house. The beach house was within 5 minutes to the beach. All the beach items are available on site. The pool at the beach house was fantastic for the family. So much fun. Our bedrooms were very comfortable for the adults and children. Plenty of space for our family inside and outside. Easy walking to oceanside restaurants. Our family made great memories and your selection for the Beach House will build memories for a lifetime. Jill is a great host and we were thrilled to have selected her beach house. You must try this Beach House when in Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy🤗🤗🤗🤗.

This place was the perfect location for our group! SO close to the beach and a quick Uber ride to bars and restaurants. Storme had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and the pool area was amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dan’s place! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive with details and recommendations. He allowed us to check in an hour early to accommodate our flight arrival time. The house was very much as advertised and really matched the description and the photos. The backyard is private and the perfect hangout place. The beach was walkable and all of the things we needed for a beach day were provided (towels, wagon). We reached out about blinds that were broken because we wanted to make sure he was aware of this upon our check-in and he was so responsive. He had someone there the next morning at our earliest availability to repair them! Incredible service and so focussed on our overall experience. Beds were comfortable, and having three bathrooms was perfect for our group of 7. Kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of places for drinks, groceries, and ice. Having washer and dryer was a really great perk as well. 10/10 recommend.

Great house with a really amazing outdoor space. Pool was the highlight for our group. Also, just a few minutes drive to get to the public beach access. House was well stocked and all of the furniture, including the beds, were very comfortable. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Bryans house. The children loved the pool and how close we were to the beach and restaurants. The chance to just sit and watch the boats from the garden + the views made this a memorable stay on our holiday to usa.

Fantastic location (walkable to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants) and the house itself was perfect for our trip. The pool was such an added bonus (especially for our toddler), and we loved walking the state park. Loved our stay!

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern und vier Erwachsenen dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Badezimmer sind groß, sehr gepflegt und modern. Besonders angenehm: das unkomplizierte Valet Parking und die ruhige Lage direkt am Strand. Der Pool- und Fitnessbereich ist ebenfalls top. In weniger als fünf Minuten steht man schon barfuß im feinen Sand am paradiesischen Strand von Miami Beach. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Lori!

This listing was everything you see in the pictures and more!!! Very convenient in many ways, walk to the beach short ride to all major big box stores and grocery stores.. cheap uber to all surrounding night life or even water taxi up the inter-coastal..super modern florida living at its finest..Reese was very responsive and helpful throughout entire stay.. A++ accommodations and look forward to future stays at this property!!!

Absolutely loved this house! So comfortable, VERY clean and beautiful all around. The outside covered space is so nice. We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather! One of our favorite beach rentals to date. The house is situated very nicely and the main living room couch is clean and sooooo comfortable. The house has everything we needed and more. We so appreciated the beach towels provided and also everything we needed for long days at the beach. Our family loved our first trip to Marco Island and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving get together and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. I had a question for Sarah regarding the pool heater and she responded immediately. Sarah is friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book the Marco house again in the future. Thank you.

Beautiful views and great spaces! We’ve stayed in Marathon several times in different canal houses with our family of 7, and this property is now our new favorite. We couldn’t get enough of all the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset whether it was on the porch, in the pool, or out by the Tiki Hut. Every bedroom has water views as well. Boat access was an easy out to snorkeling, diving, fishing, or whatever you like to do. There are two kayaks for use, which made for some nice outings to explore the immediate area. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and even had an extra under-the-counter ice machine. We had a great time here, and would stay again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property.

This is a fantastic property! Right across from Sombrero Beach but still peaceful and private. The house and yard is like an oasis. Host and management company are WONDERFUL! Highly recommend!

Property was clean and very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the home and property it's located within. My only complaint is there was no television in the bedroom as the listing stated but host was apologetic and was going to check the listing so hopefully it's fixed. Would definitely return!
