An entire 3 bedroom house sized guest suite, it is the lower level of a two storey house and has its own separate entrance & track to the beach ( a 3 minute walk down hill), or a 5 minute walk down the road. It is very private. Has 2 decks. It's not uncommon to see kookaburras, lorikeets, black cockatoos & whales as part of the landscape. Nestled in a serene residential cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach, local shops, and public transportation, this studio retreat offers a cozy atmosphere. With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. We value the peace and harmony of our neighbourhood and hope that you will relish the opportunity to unwind and recharge in our tranquil treetop haven.
