I was very happy with the accommodations. It was comfortable and relaxing. I was thankful that there were six eggs, a loaf of sourdough, milk, and coffee for breakfast. There was also laundry detergent for the washer/dryer and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There is a nice wetland/green space and small trail in the backyard to walk the dogs. Then dogs were very happy too! I haven't seen an AirBnB with all of these accommodations in a while. My mom said it's the best place she has ever stayed. I would definitely stay there again!

Great spot! The description is accurate. Description says one bedroom, so if you’re like me and only look at pictures, it looks like more than one bed room. This was not an issue for us! Just wanted to write this as a heads up to anyone! Really enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown and everywhere else in Loveland. Super quick trip up to Fort Collins too!

Ron was very helpful with flexibility on check in and check out. Nice, quiet neighborhood to be in!

Lynn was a great host. We were here working for a couple weeks on an overnight job. We were very comfortable and felt right at home.

This little apartment is INCREDIBLE especially for the price. It was spotless but still homey, very private but still very close to everything fun on Fort Collins. We will absolutely be staying here again!! Would give six stars if I could!

Stellar review for everything! First of all, Gregory and Andrea were so proactive in preparing the place for guests. They have a whole google document for things to do, how to get settled in, what restaurants are best for what, etc. I’m so impressed by the level of hosting and hospitality that these two have done before you even get there. AirBnB Hosts should take a seminar from them on how to prepare for guests. Also, when you meet them you want to just have dinner with them. They’re so sweet and kind. That was our 1 regret is not asking that! The amenities were wonderful. Great space. Restful. Especially if you want to be near the mountains but still in civilization. The hot tub was definitely the motif the place. So peaceful and relaxing and they pay attention to detail about privacy while also not making it weird with the retractable covers. Any person looking to stay at the Garfield Garden will not be disappointed in the slightest. My wife and I cannot recommend this place enough.

We drove from Virginia to Ft. Collins to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who is working on her doctorate at CSU. This was only a couple of blocks away from her house. Becky and Ryan were very friendly and super responsive. It felt just like home. If we came back we’d stay again.

Our family of four had a good stay. The location was very easy to find, not far to downtown and near a supermarket. Even though it’s on a main street we didn’t notice any noise. Jill was quick to respond to our questions and check in was easy. Everything inside was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Beds were comfy. The layout of the space is a little quirky but it worked fine for us. We had everything we needed.

This place was perfect for our little getaway! The horse tooth mountain hike is right across the street so super easy and convenient! The place was great! You can hear pretty clearly everyone moving around upstairs during the day, but we were out most of the day so didn’t bother us! It’s was very quiet at 8 just like they said it would be! Loved this place!

Matthew was wonderful; we reserved the Airbnb three hours before our arrival. He was quite accommodating and readily available. The home was charming, with soft blankets and all the essentials. It boasted a lovely view and a wraparound deck. It was very tranquil and serene. I would certainly rent it again. It's an excellent home for photography, especially during a blood moon, aurora borealis, or meteor shower.

I try to stay with Jessica every time I come to Ft Collins to visit my college kid. We love the just right space with all the amenities and a full kitchen. Loved sitting in the sun on the patio and enjoying nature in the backyard. Looking forward to next time.

Larry and Denise's place was great -- just as advertised. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Had everything I needed in the apartment. They were very communicative and kind to give many recommendations in the area to ensure the best trip in Boulder. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth and easy.

David's basement apartment is spacious, well equipped, comfortably furnished and spotless. Private entrance. Use of sunny backyard was great, too. Walkable, safe neighborhood in north Boulder. Can't think of a thing that was missing! Would definitely recommend for an easy, uncomplicated stay.

This is the most serene and lovely places I have ever stayed. The garden was heaven. The place was cute, cottage-feel, clean, and full of amenities. I would stay here again.

Our stay here will be one of my favorites! The Airbnb was exactly as pictured. The furniture was chic and elegant but SO comfortable. The bed made for the perfect sleep. The kitchen was nice for cooking dinners and eating together. The couch was the perfect set up to play games (Exploding Kittens-Thanks, Christen!) Everything was so clean and cozy. The backyard was very spacious and had some Mountain Views. The neighborhood was peaceful and very close to the Gunbarrel trails. It’s also very close to Boulder, and Gunbarrel has great breweries. We had our dog with us and Christen was very accommodating for him! We can’t wait for our next visit. Book this Airbnb! You won’t be disappointed.

Great location and perfect for an individual or couple wanting more space than a typical hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay at the rainbow guest house! We were traveling with our toddler so having a a full bath and a place to play were 2 “must haves” for us. The way the guest house is set up with a door between the kitchen/bath/and small room was perfect. We could put down the little one and then use baby monitors to enjoy the hot tub or watch tv. The Murphy bed mattress was soooo comfy. Extra quiet and the cutest neighborhood. Jessica and hosts were so nice and welcoming.

We stayed for 2 nights and the place was perfect for what we needed. It was exactly like the photos and was really clean and finished to a high standard. Kathy was really responsive and always helpful, sorted washing for us last minute which was really appreciated! We didn’t hear the train at all, location was in a nice neighbourhood.

This spot is wonderful and was perfect for a visit to the area. It is more spacious than the pictures can show and is a great location with great close options for dining, shopping, and enjoying the local area while simultaneously feeling secluded from the urban activity close by. I'll definitely being staying here in the future and look forward to enjoying more of the amenities I didn't tak advantage of in future visits. Highly recommended!

We needed to be near family in Niwot during the week, and AnneMarie's place offered us the space and proximity to do this. The apartment was well stocked and comfortable - giving us a real home away from home feel. Great location to downtown Niwot's cafes and restaurants, but also a close driving distance to Boulder or Longmont. It will be a place we will definitely consider again when we are back visiting family in Colorado. And a place I can easily recommend to others.

I would, and will, definitely stay here again. Great location, comfortable bed and lots of nice little things. Easy walk to Old Town, bakery, restaurants, etc.
