This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Welcome to your private 3rd story apartment inside my family's modern, Leed certified home. 10 minute walk to Old Town, New Belgium brewery, and the Poudre River Whitewater Park. Apt is accessed via a spiral staircase (see photo) and is NOT suited for travelers wary of heights, those with oversized luggage, or children. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchenette, living room, bedroom, patio overlooking Long's Peak, off street parking, and two Schwinn bikes! NO CLEANING FEE. No pets or smoking.
