This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very nice and clean. Everything was easily accessible. The fire pit in the back is also a nice touch to the place. Would book again

Absolutely loved staying here. I grew up in the area and Sally’s place is a perfect location for enjoying the beautiful beach and walking to Peg Leg’s for food/drinks. We are ready to go back and stay another week. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at such a cute and cozy Airbnb! I’m sad that my stay was so short but I would DEFINITELY love to come again for vacation! I came for work and extended my trip a bit but was more than satisfied with everything. There is beauty in the details and Channel really knew what she was doing with this home. It truly could be a home away from home and she takes it multiple steps further by adding recommendations on what to to, where to eat, etc!! I just wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. Thank you again Channel! I hope to be back!

Loved the home, everything was fresh, clean and organized, and check-in was very flexible. Definitely recommend!

Darlene was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect with a lot of kitchen utensils for cooking. The private balcony off of the master had a spectacular view of the beach to enjoy your coffee or wine. Personally favorite was the swing on the front porch where we sat and enjoyed coffee every morning. Walking distance to The Crab Trap and Pompano Joes, both personal favorites. Close to Destin outlets and the Destin commons for shopping. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

This house is perfect!! Great location to the beach access and everything else including restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything was clean and well kept. John responded within 30 mins to all questions. We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

This is our second stay and we intend to come back over and over again. This is such a beautiful home with the best amenities. The perfect place to soak in the Sun and relax! We had an incredible week! From beginning to end - everything was just perfect. Check in was super easy and the place was beautifully clean when we arrived. Nikki has thought of everything to make your stay the best - from beach towels hanging in the entryway - a coffee maker in the master bathroom so you don’t wake everyone - plenty of books to read - these little details just added more fun to the whole experience! We loved having the Sound in the backyard - our kids had so much fun catching crabs and fish in the little river system back there. And the sunsets off the deck - gorgeous. The Gulf is so easy to get to with many different access points - we had fun hunting for shells, jumping waves, and seeing dolphins there! It was so quiet and relaxing - a week to unplug and just be together as a family. We hope to be back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here! The kids were on the pier every chance they had. The water is beautiful. They loved using the kayaks. The house was beautiful and perfect for the 7 of us. It was so peaceful and quiet! Also nice and close to all of the things we wanted to do while in the area. Would highly recommend!

My stay was wonderful, the house was clean and tidy and the perfect location! Even if you don’t decide to go anywhere outside of your stay, the options are still great, there are quite a few stores within walking distance to enjoy nicer days and if you don’t want to travel, you can simply walk behind the house straight to the beach! Being a 15-20 min drive from the heart of Panama also gives you more to do!

We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. Our family and another family enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Clean, functional, well equipped property with the perfect beach access. We had everything I hoped for to make a family trip easy and enjoyable. I will definitely keep this property on our list for our Santa Rosa visits.

We loved our time at Happy Place! An easy walk to the beach and no need to rent a golf cart if you don’t want to. It was easy to find, park, etc. There is also an elevator and convenient carts to use to load/unload. Communication was timely and super clear. It was also great in December to have a hot tub and heated pool. The only thing I would point out is that there are three flights of stairs to the unit (however there is an elevator in the middle of the complex) and stairs from the living room to the bedroom. It was no issue to us, but wanted to highlight it in case it is important for future guests to consider. We would 100% recommend staying here for a small family, girls trip or couples getaway!

Our family loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us. We loved that we could fish right out back & easily walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!
