It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. A charming Queen Anne Victorian cottage welcomes you from the front porch swing to a record player to a sunroom & covered back patio! Our humble home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath; 1 queen size bed & 1 daybed with trundle houses 1-4 guests. A futon in the sunroom makes for 1 more small sleeping space. Kitchen is lightly equipped. Washer & dryer onsite. Walk to Magnolia, hospitals, drive 1 mile to zoo, drive 2 miles to Dickie’s, 2 miles to TCU & more! Old charming historic home. No fur friends allowed.

Peaceful, centrally-located guesthouse located in a historic area (Ryan Place) with beautiful houses and sidewalks for exploring the area on foot. Close to the hospital district, Magnolia Ave, TCU and more . It’s just a short drive/Uber to Dickie’s Arena, downtown, and our amazing museum district.
