Whether you are traveling for work, sports, fun, or just passing through this location is the BEST. We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

This charmingly cute, completely remodeled historic home is all yours with parking in the rear. The door is an automated keycode so check in with ease whenever. You are just literal minutes walking to the majority of our favorite things to do in the city. This house is located in historic Fletcher Place, sandwiched directly between Fountain Square and downtown.

This home has a lot of modern touches! Attention to detail has been given to ensure a comfortable & enjoyable stay. We want it to be your "home away from home" while you're in Indy! There's so much to do within walking distance. We allow 1 smaller sized dog for a fee. Need anything? Just ask! We're right next door.
