Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The superking bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request, is topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

Set very close to the beach is our beautiful two bedroom self contained apartment at Millendreath. There are stunning views of the beach and surrounding countryside from the large balcony which has a lovely table and chairs. We provide guests with Netflix and free wifi. The perfect location for a family getaway. The apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms with a double and two single beds. You can walk into Looe which is just over a mile walk or drive it in a few minutes.

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

It is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic countryside views. The apartment is on the ground floor and is all on one level. This is ideal for anyone who would prefer to avoid steps. Our apartment has been awarded 4 stars by VisitEngland. It has its own parking space and is approx 10-15 min walk into Fowey or a 5 min drive. It is a 5 minute walk from the main bus route in and out of Fowey. The nearest beaches are Readymoney and Polkerris.
