We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

Cosy tiny home by Fowey estuary

The perfect place for a romantic getaway, a place to kick back and unwind in or a base for a more active holiday - walking, swimming and kayaking. The workshop was a ruin before we turned it into a stylish and very comfortable living space with bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, power shower, kingsize bed with linen sheets and its own private patio. It was the workshop for Lombard Mill which sits below it and lies in an ancient wooded valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Situated on the River Fowey, a welcoming, dog- friendly cottage available to book for over 18’s only. Paddle board, kayak, crabbing or fishing all possible straight off the terrace. Swimming not permitted. Private steps to the foreshore give access to some beach at low tide. Alternatively, just sit and watch life go by from the waterside terrace or the two fabulous window seats. Excellent shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants & car parks just a stroll away.

The Studio, Fowey

The Studio is a two bedroomed house set in the historic centre of Fowey, with the added bonus of a spacious sunny garden and stunning panoramic river views. The property is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. There are car parks nearby. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes' walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks. No pets are allowed.
