Honeysuckle Cottage is a very cosy property with two double bedrooms, one single and a bathroom with shower. It is in excellent modern condition with a large airy kitchen and living room. The pretty garden wraps around the cottage on three sides and two levels and runs down to a bubbling brook at its foot (the brook can not be easily accessed from the garden and should pose no danger to children)

Spacious living area is ideal for people needing to work - The twin room on the second floor has a sloping roof and due to steep stairs is not suitable for children under 8 Coddington Vineyard is close to the market town of Ledbury and the Malvern hills are 15 mins away ideal for walking and cycling. This beautiful newly renovated barn conversion is located in the quiet village of Mordiford just five miles to the East of Hereford and benefits from lovely walks direct from the door. The property is all on one level with just two small sets of steps. The property embraces renewable energy sources with both solar panels and an air source heat pump which feeds the underfloor heating which warms the flagstones throughout the living space. We warmly welcome children and well behaved dogs.
