Other local attractions just minutes away include Fort Indiantown Gap, Lebanon Valley College, Hollywood Casino at Penn National Racecourse, PA Farm Show, State Game Lands, and Memorial Lake.

As you turn off the paved road onto our country lane, you can already feel yourself relax as you prepare for a time of rejuvenation at Apple Lane Getaway. You can choose between hiking the Appalachian Trail, visiting Hershey Park, or playing a round at Lebanon Valley Golf Course just down the road. Enjoy a stay at a completely refurbished 1820’s log cabin nestled in the woods and rolling fields of a 30 acre homestead. The cabin showcases three bedrooms and gorgeous views, a large living and dining area, as well as full kitchen. Enjoy exploring the trails around the farm, greeting the resident horses and ponies, immersing yourself in the surrounding area of hiking trails and blue marsh lake.

Monroe Valley Guesthouse

Our house is located near the interstate and within easy reach of Hershey and numerous other attractions. Swatara State Park is just a 2 minute drive away. There is a hiking and biking trail just down the road. If you are kayaking you can put in or get out of the creek right into the yard. The hot tub, grille, and stocked kitchen are waiting after your days activities. Do not expect me to message you before your stay - you can be assured the place is ready for you! Also there is no TV.

High ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking a pond and a working farm provides a sunny, open space with lots of light and privacy. Perfect to rest, work remotely or use as a base camp to explore the surrounding areas. Hershey 33 minutes, Lititz 30 minutes, Harrisburg 36 minutes, Reading 38 minutes, Lancaster 49 minutes. One mile to interstate 78 and 2 miles to route 501.

The Loft's spa like large bathroom has become our guests favorite reason to stay here because of its large shower with twin rain head shower heads coupled with an extra long, 2 person soaking tub with fireplace.
