Walk over to the Nauti Turtle for dinner and drinks on the river or head down to the Fremont Beach for swimming and launching your boat. The house has a 4 bedroom, 2 bath in the main area and an attached private 1b/1bath suite! The screened in porch is ideal to spend mornings & evenings. Children's items, the fire pit (w/wood), kitchen and grill are all prepared for your easy arrival!

Enjoy being just across the street from Wolf River in the comfort of this 1920’s era cozy cottage! Very close to downtown Fremont, just a 5 minute walk. Plenty of bars and restaurants, shopping, Webfooter’s water ski show, boat ramps, Patridge Lake and beach. 3-bedroom/1bath plus futon in enclosed porch and pullout sofa in living area. Extra parking for cars or boats. Ask us about possible use of a boat dock to tie up to across the street (small fee).
