Panther Branch Farm sits on 30 acres of lush mountainous terrain with streams, waterfalls and hiking trails to explore. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Unwind in our outdoor spa, with a sauna and a natural spring water bath or simply relax and take in the peaceful views of the National Forest from the front door of this beautiful Airstream.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Wake up to yellow light pouring in through the windows, pour yourself a cup of coffee and relax on the covered stone patio. Plan a day of waterfall hunting while hot air balloons drift by. Drive just ten minutes to the vast Pisgah National Forest for world-class hiking and mountain biking. In the evening, bop over to downtown Asheville for dinner and cocktails. Retreat just twenty minutes back to the serene tiny house for a peaceful night and watch the sun set over the Blue Ridge Mountains.

High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

Romantic, Moroccan-Influenced Cottage

One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Try the outdoor tub for hot bath also! Parking is on Bradley street in front of the cottage or main house. Totally private.

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!
