WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! Welcome to my home on Hatteras Island, located in the village of Frisco directly on Pamlico Sound in a residential neighborhood. You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for kiteboarders, paddle boarders, wind surfers, or anyone who wants to witness the beautiful Hatteras Island sunsets!

Just Enough! Available for short stays and Nestled right on the canal in Brigands Bay in Frisco, this 2 bed 2 bath home is the perfect spot to get a way. An open concept living, dining & kitchen area. Master bedroom has a king bed & an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed & bunk beds. Down the hall is the second full bathroom. A charcoal grill is available. A fish cleaning table is available to clean the days catch!

Fall is finally here and it's time for cozy:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

CABANA - HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE

Situated in Hatteras Village, our cabana #33 is a free-standing studio, pet friendly condo just steps away from the beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.

Lightkeeper's Retreat

Bingo! This is it! The closest cottage in terms of driving to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Cape Point, and the jetties on Hatteras Island. This cottage is bordered by Cape Hatteras National Seashore with all the abundant wildlife you would expect and a nice level yard with gobs of privacy. Come live like the locals do, away from all the hustle and bustle of other typical vacation neighborhoods.
