Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

Your Sterling Alaska Base Camp

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is a quiet downstairs space with it’s own outside entry. It’s located close to all of Sterling’s best public bank fishing on the Kenai River. Just 10 minutes North of Soldotna Alaska. This space is fully furnished with 14.8 cu.ft. freezer, it’s own washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, cups, plates and all the utensils you will need. Outside you will find a fire ring and BBQ grill to cook up your favorite foods.

Situated right on Edgington Road only 5 minutes from Soldotna, this cabin is the PERFECT get away from the hustle and bustle. This cabin is available 365 days a year, and is amazing for anytime of the year! Close to local fishing in the Kenai River and lakes, skating, skiing, hunting, flight seeing, kayaking, hiking, etc. You'll find this cabin to be exactly what you need for your next adventure in Alaska! A kitchenette with a fridge will help. Please arrange if wishing to have guides services.

Moose Meadows

Relax at this comfortable apartment on our 25-acre ranch home. The apartment has a private bedroom, living area with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen and bathroom, and it's own private entrance and patio. This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. This area of Alaska has so much to do the whole family will enjoy.

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

Kitchen opens into the living area with windows looking at partial view of the Caribou Hills, Longmere Lake and Wooded Southern exposure. Perfect for 2 couples, 3 travelers or a family. There are 4 cottages and they can be booked simultaneously to accommodate large parties. Each cottage has independent parking, chest freezers and grills under covered porches.

Alaska’s Hidden Cabin 1.5 miles from Kenai River

This little cabin has been a dream come true for my family. Over the course of the last five years we have purchased property on the Kenai Peninsula and LITERALLY developed everything you see on the land. Yes, our family cut in the driveway. Our family dug the water well. We had this cute little 14x32 foot cabin hauled in and sat on the gravel pad that WE cleared and leveled. It truly has been a labor of love and now we want to share it with others!

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
