This apartment was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, clean and the views on the terrace are unbelievable. The host was very easy to communicate with and checked in many times during our stay. If I am ever back in Naples I would stay here again. Few things to note, our black car driver would not drive through the narrow streets so we had to walk quite a bit uphill with our suitcases. Local taxi will drive to the apartment. The walk is fine for those in fairly good shape but would be challenging for older people and with luggage.

Annalisa was extremely kind and helpful always! The place was as described, and the jacuzzi was an extra added feature that we throughly enjoyed! All the local restaurants suggested were amazing and we enjoyed them some multiple times! Very friendly as well as Esmeralda! Anything we needed Annalisa made it happen and our stay was super relaxing! Can’t wait to visit again!!

super clean and well equipped place! we super needed a washer dryer and after using Google Translate to figure out how it worked it was amazing! we had two great nights of sleep before taking off on the ferry tube we'll see thano comma as well as being able to walk to the centro stories and have pizza at pizzeria Brandi was awesome. 1.5 miles to Port. the location was convenient but they made it surroundings were less than interesting to say the best and some might feel like they were undesirable period we're pretty easy going. the routine to actually get booked, verify your identity, and then get into the place is quite complicated and a little off-putting to be honest period although in the end if you just trust the process it does work

This spot was an oasis in Naples. The view from the rooftop was spectacular, and the apartment was super comfortable and beautiful. Luigi was a wonderful host and a great resource. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Luigi was not in town when we stayed so his daughter was just as friendly and responsive. Our stay was exactly as described. The place was clean, well equipped and the location was perfect for walking to metro, shops, sights, restaurants and the port, where we took the ferry to Ischia. Overall it was a very nice stay.

It is clean, convenient and tastefully done up home. Thank you for providing an excellent place to stay and relax.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Maria was always responsive and check in was seamless. Great apartment in an even better location - everything is 100% walkable. Maria had great restaurant recommendations and was always responsive. Highly recommend!

Elisa was very responsive and gave clear instructions for the self check in and was flexible with the check in time. The house is 5 minutes from the train line that can bring you straight to Naples and Pompei

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. It was our first time visiting and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and the location was fantastic with a local bakery just one minute walk away. We loved our time in Naples, the people and the food!

Très bien situé, calme, avec le métro à 2minutes, l Alibus pour l aéroport à 4 minutes, le supermarché à 3 minutes. Roberta a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser les clefs jusqu'à 16h30 le joir de notre départ pour que nous passions notre dernier jour à visiter sans nos valises. Merci! Je recommande ce logement.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Très propre, bien entretenu. Cuisine au gaz super rare mais impeccable pour le cuisinier. Permet de faire de la vraie cuisine sans ressortir tous les soirs. Vue magnifique sur le Castel de l'Ovo et le Vésuve. Rosa et son équipe sont très amicaux et prêt à vous rendre service, pleins d'informations et de conseils. Ils ont fait un message d'anniversaire à mon épouse. Le seul hic dans tout ça c'est que le quartier est un peu loin du centre ce qui fait qu'on passe pas mal de temps à se déplacer. Nous le savions avant de choisir l'appartement donc une demi surprise. A refaire sans hésiter.

Carlos and Simone are wonderful hosts…easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location of this flat is perfect….in the middle of good restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The flat was spotlessly clean and there is a very large kitchen/dining area should a guest prefer to stay in and cook. A small grocery right across the street but with limited items….certainly good enough to provision us while we were there since we did not cook. We found delightful places for cocktails and for food on Via Bausan.

Prachtig huis, mooi ingericht, goede ligging t.o.v. station Ercolo Scavi (Start Vesuvio Express, half uur naar Pompeii met trein of naar Napels, 15 min minutenlopen naar Herculaneum), van alle gemakken voorzien (meer dan je nodig hebt). Er ligt water, diverse hapjes, reisgidsen, er is goede wifi. Ciro is vriendelijk en reageert snel. Huisje ligt in omsloten tuin met nog een ander huisje en prachtig oud huis dat opgeknapt wordt. Op werkdagen wordt daar overdag hoorbaar gewerkt. In andere reviews wordt rustige ligging geprezen, het huis ligt naast een drukke weg (en vlakbij kruispunt met andere drukke weg) en dat is goed hoorbaar binnen, ook in de avond. Ramen dichthouden en rolluiken omlaag helpt niet genoeg helaas. Wij waren er op werkdagen, wellicht zijn weekends rustiger.

Een oase van rust middenin het levendige Napels. Luigi, de host is supervriendelijk, behulpzaam en reageert snel. Het appartement is groot, schoon ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien met als bonus een prachtige view op de Vesuvius

Bel appartement dans un palazzo napolitain, décoré avec goût et situé à deux pas de la gare du funiculaire de Montesanto. L'emplacement est central et parfait pour visiter Naples, tout en étant suffisamment à l'écart du bruit de la rue. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées : rangements pour les vêtements, tables de nuit, volets, etc. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Les deux salles de bains et l'ensemble de l'appartement étaient très propres. L'appartement est accessible par un ascenseur. Les échanges avec notre hôte ont été fluides et cordiaux, nous avons reçu des recommandations de lieux à visiter et de restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande !

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

Great centrally located apartment in Naples close to great restaurants and in close proximity to numerous sites. The area is safe to walk around and there’s a large square right by the apartment which serves as a good meeting point. The host is flexible with check in/check out time. Additionally, there’s a secure luggage storage option in the same building. Thank you for the great stay!

Our experience at Anna‘s place was absolutely perfect. The apartment was flawless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (Wifi, Kitchen, Washing Machine, Hairdryer etc.) The location is ideal, right in the heart of Naples, within walking distance of many key attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation. Anna was incredibly welcoming and provided us with fantastic recommendations. Communication was super quick and easy. Anna also arranged us a taxi for our way back to the airport and always had an open ear for extra-wishes. If you're looking for the perfect base to explore the Gulf of Naples, this is it! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city or the area. Thank you, Anna, for making our stay so memorable!

Un logement spacieux, agréable et propre qui se trouve dans un immeuble très calme. Toutefois, situé dans un quartier de Naples très fréquenté et vivant, il faut s'attendre à entendre le bruit de la rue malgré la fenêtre en double-vitrage. La proximité du métro et d'un arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport sont appréciables, de même que celle d'un petit supermarché alimentaire. Notre hôte a toujours répondu rapidement et a été attentive à nos demandes. Cela a rendu notre arrivée facile et le séjour agréable.

Marco's place is bigger and better than the photos suggest. A mix of old rustic and modern touches like the bathroom, made it a great place to stay. The drive and garden areas are beautiful, as is the view of Caserta and the mountains beyond. Marco and his mother, who lives on site, were great from start to finish and the language problem with 'mama' made it even more personal! The welcome basket was great and kept us in breakfast as snacks for our entire stay! Remember, this is not in Naples and you need a car. The area has a couple of places to eat, but that's it. It's easy to get to the big attractions and you never need to hit the centre traffic. The only downside, and this is not Marco's fault, is the neighbour's dog. It barks. A lot! Other than that, if you're prepared to drive like an Italian, much like playing Mario Cart, and want to get away from city chaos, with loads of space to call your temporary home....this is the place.
