Tiny Sauna cabin on 5 acres

Unique living with stunning mountain views and roaming pronghorn. Enjoy the quietness and feel like you are returning to the pioneer days. This is a fully functional house for two people. There is no running water into the house itself, but there is an electric well pump delivering water 200 yards from the house. There is an outhouse and a wood fired sauna to bathe. I will occasionally be out of reception for period of time. Prior communication is required so I can have your phone number.

The Storybook A-frame is a cozy retreat located in the most beautiful forested area of Island Park. The cabin has a main floor bedroom, an open loft upstairs , 1 bathroom and a “bonus room” bunkhouse over the garage. It is set back on a spacious lot with a pull-thru driveway and year-round access. Close to trails, reservoirs, rivers, and just 35 min from Yellowstone National Park. Nestled in the woods among large fir trees and wildflowers, it’s the perfect place to escape to.

The Tiny House

The Tiny House is completely furnished with comfortable leather furniture and tile floors thru out the home. It has a gas, free standing heater for winter warmth. The bed room has a comfortable queen sized bed, closet and dresser. A new leather sofa sleeper has been added to accommodate several more guest. It has a full size memory foam mattress. Parking is right out the front door and a private yard. Guest are surprised that it isn't really that tiny after all-650 sqft.

This property is for vacation rental only, and can not be rented as employee housing. It is two miles from Town Center and 9 miles from Big Sky Resort. This beautiful riverfront property is at the confluence of the W. Fork and the S. Fork of the Gallatin River. We live in the cabin next door.
