The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Beachfront property in Treasure Island neighborhood with ample outdoor space for you to enjoy. This home is located on the beach at San Luis pass with beach access and fishing just feet away. Enjoy the lower deck with shaded areas to relax or the upper deck with amazing views. You will be amazed at the constant ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing, creating the beach experience you are looking for. Just Beachy is pet friendly.
