The building is 150 years old and is Cultural Heritage Monument. An apartment is new renovated and is equipped with all household appliances and modern equipment. The apartment has balcony and you can spend pleasant evenings .

Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.

Our very unique and special apartment is located in the historic building in the most cental place of Tbilisi. Most of the attractions and touristic sighs are easily accessible by foot. The apartment has terrace with the view of symbols of tbilisi: Tbilisi Satelite, Funicular, Mama daviti and mountain Mtatsminda. While being located in the heart of Tbilisi, the street itself is very peaceful and quiet at night.
