This guest house is for 1-2 adults only, 25 years of age and older. Not suitable for infants or children due to safety concerns. The suite is attached to our home, but your space is completely private (it has its own entrance, and a locked door separating the suite from the rest of the house). Recently built guest house with plenty of parking on 1.5 acres. Centrally located with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants: 7 miles from Randolph Air Force Base, 12 miles from New Braunfels and 15 miles from downtown San Antonio. We live in the main house in front of the guest house. The swimming pool and bbq grill is shared with us. The security cameras cover the driveway and the pool areas.
