Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

The house was wonderful. My family and I felt comfortable there. The kids had plenty of room to run around. Dylan was a great host.

The location is right on the water, with a beautiful outdoor area that we really enjoyed. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. All of the beds were very comfortable, which made for great rest after busy days. Our kids had a blast in the game room, and we all enjoyed the selection of games available in the house. James was a wonderful host—he checked in with us and made sure everything was going smoothly. The location is ideal—you get the peaceful lakefront setting while still being just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again!

Hosted 16 for a family birthday and the Arkansas Derby and could not have been happier with the house

Grant was very helpful. We had one question when we arrived. We were able to get ahold of Grant right away and he answered our question. The property was perfect. Everything was clean. Every room had its own smart TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. no complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location peaceful environment

Evergreen Cottage is definitely a little piece of heaven. From the moment I walked in I fell in love, such a peaceful beautiful place. There was everything you needed plus some. The hot tub was very quite and relaxing. My favorite thing was the delicious homemade cookies and the beautiful ornament made by John and Larry. We will definitely be back to stay. The cabin was beautifully decorated and was close to the city but felt hidden and secluded. Joel was a great host and was very informative. Hot tub was a great addition to come back to after a long day

Such a cute and cozy place to stay for our anniversary weekend trip! We enjoyed our stay very much. Samantha was also great in letting us know where to go (if needed) as we were under a Tornado Warning while staying at the cabin. It was overall a great experience!

We spent our pre-wedding moon here and SO glad we did. This cabin is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in. And to know the hosts harvested this wood themselves feels like the most special passion project to be able to enjoy. There were so many things the hosts went above and beyond on. Supplies for breakfast- including fresh eggs from their hens, wine, seasonings, soaps for the bathroom, homemade private trails for us to enjoy. We cannot recommend this location enough. The location is the main attraction. It is literally at the top of a small mountain with great overlook views from both the front and back of the house. The back yard features a sharp drop off, though, so young kids would need to be watched carefully. It is also only about 15 minutes into downtown Hot Springs. It should be noted that the nearest selection of restaurants is also about 15 minutes away, but the kitchen enables cooking your own meals. There is one other thing to know. The master shower is awesome looking, but there wasn't enough water pressure to power all the shower heads. Probably because the property is so high up. This is a great property, especially considering the price. We paid about the same as we would have to get a decent hotel room, and this place was awesome.
