Wow!! This place was spacious and clean!! Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed this AirBnB! Because of prior experiences with AirBnBs, we brough extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags. We didn't need any of those extras; everything we needed or wanted (and more) was there! The beds and pillows were very comfortable; plenty of linens were provided for each of us and we were all so pleased with the "over and above" aspect of this place... we didn't want or need a thing... we had everything we needed for a great weekend! Being the planner/organizer for a group of 15, I was a bit anxious and hoped everyone would be pleased with the accommodations and enjoy their stay. I didn't have one single thing to worry about and communciation was excellent! Several of our group said they would keep this place in mind for future stays! 10/10 recommend 100%!!!

We loved our stay!! The house and amenities were terrific! It was spacious and super clean and the beds were so comfortable! Loved the hot tub on the deck and views of the lake!! Would definitely book again!

I can’t say enough about our stay at the Rock House. My group LOVED this home and the beautiful location. Super clean home with all the necessities. We had the best time and can’t wait to visit again. This place is incredible and everything was so easy. Great communication from the host. 10 stars!!!

I love this place! I love to cook and the kitchen was amazing! My kids loved the pool and so did my husband. They respond very well. Very quiet area as well. If you have kids very great game room and plenty of space. You may get lucky like we did and see deer. Omg love this place

The house was awesome! Early 20th century charm with solid modern updates. Clean and very comfortable. Great instructions left by owner and not a ton of asks for check out. It is right behind Oaklawn. We sat out on the deck and watched the horses working out the morning of the races. We hope we can stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud Nine! We went for a bachelorette trip and had such a relaxing time. Instructions were very clear and lots of amenities were provided. The roads leading up the mountain to the house were steep and curvy, so just beware of that when determining the vehicle you drive and how heavy your load is when packing it up. I read this in previous reviews and the description when I originally booked our stay, but it slipped my mind and our minivan did not have the best experience so we refrained from driving it during our stay if possible. We were a little shocked at how windy it was, but it honestly made for the perfect cooler temperatures! It is an older home, but the bathrooms were updated and i felt like it was very cozy overall. I would love to bring my family back to visit and experience the beautiful views at this home on Mt. Riante! It was definitely one of my favorite stays to date.

We have stayed in many Airbnb rentals and I can tell you we have had really great experiences. However, this one truly is one that will surpass all expectations once you arrive! The photos on the listing are beautiful but we were stunned by how breathtakingly gorgeous the home was! In its entirety, truly beautiful! So much more so than you can tell from the photos! Wonderful hosts, transparent and available for any need. If it tells you anything, we’re already looking at dates to return soon. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family. Forever memories! Hopefully next time, without the weather!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Michaels home was unbelievable. So beautiful, clean, and accommodating. My family and I would love to visit again.

The house was so beautiful and so spacious - way more spacious than the pictures even made it appear! We had 16 people in our group (including young kids) and everyone so enjoyed being at the house together for a short weekend that we didn’t even venture out to hot springs! The hot tub was a highlight, the game room was a popular spot, so much seating everywhere (even out on the patio around the pool - it wasn’t hot enough to swim but we loved lounging outside in the beautiful 75 degree weather!). Highly recommend this house!

Our group of friends enjoyed our time here, it was the perfect getaway from the city. Peaceful, spacious, private and relaxing. We loved it here, surpassed our expectations and would definitely come again.

Grant was very helpful. We had one question when we arrived. We were able to get ahold of Grant right away and he answered our question. The property was perfect. Everything was clean. Every room had its own smart TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. no complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Cannot give this place less than five stars. The location was gorgeous, clean, organized, and easily accessible. The property is also conveniently close enough to downtown to have a good time but far enough away to have a peaceful afternoon when you need it. The hosts were very organized, responsive with any questions, and were extremely hospitable. This place has everything you need especially for larger guest stays. Would 10 times out of 10 stay here again!!!

Beautiful lake house. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the screened porch and funishings. We were in town to visit Hot Springs NP so a short drive to the park and downtown area. Chad was a great host and easy to work with for an earlier check in due to traveling with littles! Great place for a couples getaway with friends or a family retreat.

It was nice and clean. I feel it was over priced for size and amenities.

Our stay was great, the home was very nice right on the water, golf course was close, downtown was 20 minutes away lots to do bowling which is half price on wednesday, oaklawn horse racing was on the weekend, we meet up once a year to go fishing, this was our best yearly trip yet. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

Jana is an amazing host. While our trip didn’t turn out as planned due to terrible weather Jana stayed in communication with us making sure we had everything we needed while we sheltered in place. The house was very nice. Upon arrival there were treats left out for us and even treats for our dogs! When we visit Hot Springs again this will definitely be our first choice.

Communication before check-in and during our stay was outstanding. Janet was helpful and friendly. The home is easy to find with ample parking for lots of vehicles. The home's layout is perfect for larger groups and even for a couple who simply wants space which is who we are. The home is not on the water but it does provide access and the home is located within a short drive of Hot Springs events, attractions and restaurants. I definitely recommend staying here.

This place does not disappoint! Bed is comfortable. Has everything you need. We brought all our on groceries since we didn’t want to have to drive to Hot Springs. We enjoyed cooking and the peaceful surroundings.

Havana Nights was a perfect get-away for my family of 8. The torrential rains cancelled our Saturday plans for the races, so we played a lot of board games and dominos. Although being inside for longer than we expected, we never felt on top of each other, yet having everybody under one roof made it feel like home. The kitchen was spacious, furniture was super comfortable, and the entertainment of the shuffleboard/arcade games were a fun addition. We were within minutes of so many restaurants, unique to Hot Springs. The host, Michael, was very responsive to my questions and directions were easy to accommodate. If we ever make our way back to Hot Springs, Havana Nights will be where we stay! ~Michelle

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Although we had a slight hiccup upon arrival, our host quickly remedied the situation, and got us back on track. Communication was clear and sufficient. The home was spacious and accommodating for our group. The Coffee Bar was well stocked, and the basket of snacks was appreciated. Our beds and pillows were comfortable, and every bedroom had blinds/curtains to help block light for afternoon naps. Our kids liked roasting s'mores in the backyard fire pit, trying to catch fish from the boat dock, and kayaking on the lake with the provided kayaks. (Tip: kayaks are located in the backyard shed and the code to get inside the shed is inside the binder!) Now, unfortunately, we didn't catch a single fish while we were there, but maybe you'll have better luck than we did. (Additional tip: bring small child/toddler size life jackets if you need them. While there are plenty of adult life jackets, they weren't any for our small ones; we brought ours from home.)
